My stay at Ibis Hotel truly highlighted the peace of mind and convenience that standardized hotel management brings. As a chain brand, every aspect, from check-in to room service, was well-organized and efficient. The staff were professional and enthusiastic, ensuring a hassle-free experience. While the room wasn't overly spacious and felt a bit compact, it was well-designed and equipped with all necessary amenities. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness of the room. The floor, bed, and bathroom were all spotless. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to both the subway and train stations, which was a real game-changer for anyone traveling by public transport. Whether catching an early morning train or returning late at night, it was stress-free and significantly saved travel time and energy. Despite the smaller room size, its outstanding cleanliness and superb location still make it a highly recommended stay.

You need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel.

Hotel is just beside the train station. All attractions is within walking distance. There is a supermarket nearby and shipping mall. They also provide free local transport during our stay.

Booking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. The hotel's hygiene was terrible on the night we checked in. There was hair all over the floor and bed, and an unknown stain on the side of the sheets. Everything else was fine, though; there was free tea and coffee.

The room is compact but fully functional, conveniently located right next to Wankdorf station. It's so easy to get around; you can literally leave two minutes before your train departs and still catch it. Essential cooking utensils and knives are provided, so you can buy ingredients from Coop or Migros and cook your own meals, which is a lifesaver for Chinese guests missing home cooking.

The Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. There is no doubt that we will repeat in another moxy as they are all over the globe.

The hotel has a great location, right next to the train station. It's only two stops from Bern Central Station, about a 15-minute walk. Since I was driving, there was an extra charge of 30 CHF per day for parking, and charging stations also cost extra.I stayed for two days, and the staff were very friendly. However, I was surprised to find that when I returned from my meeting on the first day, my room hadn't been cleaned, my coffee and tea hadn't been replenished, and even the trash hadn't been emptied. I emailed the front desk, and the lady on duty that day quickly brought me clean towels, replenished coffee and tea, and apologized.This surprised me, because according to the usual practice of all hotels, rooms for consecutive stays should be cleaned and tidied daily. Does this hotel have some unique reason? This should be an important reminder for other guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Youth Hostel Bern. Everything about this place was excellent. The location is perfect — very close to the main railway station, and buses and trams are easily available, which made traveling around the city super convenient. The hostel itself is very nice, neat, and clean. The rooms were comfortable, and the bedding was fresh, tidy, and well arranged. Bathrooms and toilets were extremely clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The environment of the hostel is pleasant and welcoming. On top of that, the breakfast was superb with great options to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Youth Hostel Bern to anyone visiting the city.
