Hotels near Congress Centre Kursaal Bern, Berne

A great little find, right next to the train station and only 1 stop from the city. Fab amenities, modern and well maintained, however the check-in process was a nightmare. Extremely difficult to navigate. We booked through trip.com and received no prior comms from kook as what to do we arrived as it doesn't have a check-in/front desk. There were 4 other couples struggling to enter/check-in when we arrived, so it wasn't just us that found it extremely difficult. I also didn't like the idea of leaving a digital copy of my passport, where ID theft and cyber hacking is more common these days. Parking is extra and chargeable at CHF2.50 per hour but there is blue zone parking a short walk away. The lady/teception next door at Moxy was extremely helpful. Next time, I'd probably book Moxy instead!

Location is superb,near by train station. Good welcoming staff on reception. Overall excellent service with positive attitude.

Spacious and luxurious room with huge bathroom. Conveniently located next to public transportation, attractions and shopping. Restaurant at Sky Terrace was overpriced and didn’t taste nice. Restaurant Jack’s at ground floor has nice ambience and serves nice steaks.

It's close to the station and right in front of the tram station, making it easy to get to the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious. When I told them I had to leave early on my last day, they kindly prepared a box for me. When the staff realized I was Japanese, they showed me a photo they had taken in front of Mt. Fuji, which made me happy❗️

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me out of the underground garage and allowing me to park in front of the hotel.

Nice play to stay when visiting Bern. The hote rooms are very modern and cool. There's a cool spiral staircase leading up to the rooms (dont worry theres also a lift 😅). I also really liked the common area/lobby, spacious and comfortable. There's also a kitchen for you to cook if you don't want to eat out. Friendly staff as well :)

Very clean and comfortable – highly recommended! Although it's in the suburbs, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation very convenient. There's also a supermarket nearby, and dining options are plentiful!

Amazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition. Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully.

The floor, bed, and bathroom were all spotless. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to both the subway and train stations, which was a real game-changer for anyone traveling by public transport. Whether catching an early morning train or returning late at night, it was stress-free and significantly saved travel time and energy. Despite the smaller room size, its outstanding cleanliness and superb location still make it a highly recommended stay.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
