"The hotel is super easy to find, right at a main intersection with a big logo. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station and just a few minutes' walk from the commercial center. Upon check-in, they offered complimentary welcome coffee. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is new and cozy. The room design is well-thought-out; I booked a twin room with two large, very comfortable single beds. It had floor-to-ceiling windows with automatic curtains and a fantastic view. What was even better was the small window that could be opened for fresh air – a really thoughtful touch. I must give a special mention to the hotel breakfast. It was a buffet with both Chinese and Western options, plus local specialties. The variety of baked goods was particularly impressive – very exquisite and delicious. It was a really satisfying meal. And a huge shout-out to Chloe from customer service! She was incredibly attentive. Seeing that I hadn't finished my fruit and pastries, she specifically brought two takeout containers, cutlery, and a bag. That was truly thoughtful! Many thanks! Full five-star rating. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Shanghai."

"The hotel is located in Caohejing Development Zone, close to the subway station. The complimentary bottled water provided by the hotel is good. However, the room is very small, much smaller than nearby Holiday Inn Express, Hanting, Quanji, and Orange hotels, yet it's significantly more expensive, offering poor value for money. While the service would typically warrant a rating of 4.5 or higher, I always give low scores to hotels that solicit positive reviews or ask for WeChat contacts. In my opinion, the hotel's ratings are clearly inflated."

"Traveling to Shanghai this time, my train ticket was to Shanghai South Station. After getting off the train, I searched for the closest hotel to the station, which was Zhongxing. It was a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The staff upgraded my room when possible and even prepared a new product for me. My takeout order was also delivered directly to my room. All the staff at check-in were fantastic, especially Xiao Yin, Xiao Tan, Xiao Zhao, and Xiao Zhu – they were all excellent!"

"The environment is great and very quiet, it's easy to get a taxi, and the subway is super close. I arrived in Shanghai at 7 AM and quickly dropped off my luggage. After a room became available, they even helped move my luggage to the room, which felt very secure and thoughtful. Although Shanghai in April was a bit chilly and rainy, the air conditioning in the room was just right – I didn't even need a blanket. I put my clothes in the washing machine at night, planning to keep an eye on them, but I ended up sleeping until morning. I thought I wouldn't have any dry clothes to wear, but when I opened the door, my clothes were already dried and placed outside. I had some complimentary wontons from a restaurant that I had nowhere to store, and they even helped me freeze them. When I checked out, I forgot to pick them up, and they even helped mail them to me. Seriously, they are incredibly, incredibly thoughtful!"

"The hotel is just 5 meters from the Hongmei Road Station on Line 12, which is very convenient. The receptionist was very welcoming and provided excellent, patient, and attentive service. The rooms facing the residential area were okay, not noisy at night. However, the rooms facing Caobao Road were quite noisy, mainly because there was construction in front of the building, and cars would make a loud bang when they drove over manhole covers. Impression City is right across from the hotel, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. I booked a room with peace of mind; the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. Having to swipe a room card to go upstairs made me feel especially safe."

"The facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious, and bright, feeling quite new! The hygiene is excellent, and toiletries are fully stocked. The environment is quiet and pleasant, a true oasis in Shanghai. It's close to the subway station and InCity shopping mall, making shopping and dining very convenient! The service quality is top-notch; my room was upgraded, and I even received complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast is abundant and high-class. There's a gym and an indoor swimming pool; even if only one person is swimming, there are two lifeguards and one attendant on duty. The water quality is clear and good! A truly amazing experience!"
