This guesthouse is really great! You can easily walk to Shibati and Jiefangbei, and getting a taxi for shopping is super convenient. It's only a 5-minute walk from the subway station, which makes it perfect for traveling with family and friends. It has two bedrooms, so it wasn't cramped at all when staying with friends. They even provide complimentary bottled water, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat – such thoughtful touches! The air conditioning was also nice and cool. I'd definitely choose this place again when bringing friends to Chongqing! 🥰🥰

This hotel in Chongqing's Jiefangbei is so good, I didn't want to leave! It's super convenient – you can walk to Hongyadong right from the hotel. That really saved me a lot of hassle for transportation. The overall vibe is luxurious yet understated, and every corner is photo-ready. The decor details really impressed me. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on the high floor offer an absolutely stunning view 🪟. The whole room is smart-controlled, which is very convenient. The soundproofing is also excellent, so I had a peaceful and sound sleep. There's a bathtub by the window, so you can soak while enjoying the night view of the mountain city. The bedding is super soft and comfortable against the skin 🛁. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. You *must* try the local *xiaomian* (noodles) – the flavor is incredibly authentic. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Plus, there's a gym if you want to get a light workout in after eating. Choosing the right hotel really makes traveling so much easier! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and even turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. The hotel is close to the scenic spots, making it very convenient for getting around. The environment is quiet and safe, with excellent facilities and plenty of toiletries. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it's definitely worth coming back to.

The guesthouse features a modern minimalist design, with wooden pavilions and intricately carved window frames; every detail showcases the unique charm of the local culture. In terms of service, the staff are warm and attentive, from the thoughtful check-in guidance to meticulously planning sightseeing routes for guests, reflecting their genuine care. Here, you can savor authentic Bayu cuisine and experience a home-like warmth. In the morning, as the first rays of sunlight hit your window, you can stroll through the forest and embrace nature's bounty. After nightfall, the guesthouse glows with warm lights, reflecting the starry sky, making you feel as if you're in a dreamland. I really need to vent about the service here. First, the good points: The location, ambiance, design, decor, and breakfast were all excellent. It's a beautiful, centuries-old building, entered through a side door next to a church – truly a hidden gem in the city. Everything started off wonderfully. Then, I was shocked by the service process. We had booked an activity and dinner a day in advance, but the staff member who was supposed to guide us the next day had no idea about it. It was my birthday, and I had informed the hotel beforehand. I appreciate them offering a complimentary birthday cake. However, I watched the employee walk for several minutes in the rain without an umbrella, carrying the cake. This meant the cake was exposed to the rain for that entire time. When it arrived in the room, it looked exactly like the picture – soggy and ruined. What should have been a nice bonus turned into a rather disappointing birthday memory. It feels like the staff training is only halfway done. They have all the right facilities, which makes the poor service even more regrettable.

Moxy Hotel truly holds a prime spot in the heart of Jiefangbei. From the hotel, it's just a one-minute walk downstairs to the delicious food street, and within a 10-minute stroll, you can reach Hongyadong and the metro station, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. The revolving restaurant on the 29th floor was a delightful surprise during our trip. It slowly rotates over 90 minutes, offering panoramic views of Chongqing's cityscapes by day and a dazzling display of city lights by night. The blend of the historic 'Nine-Level Heaven' charm with its trendy design created an amazing atmosphere. What impressed me even more was the consistently thoughtful and enthusiastic service from all the staff. The front desk team proactively offered welcome drinks, showcasing their attentiveness and warmth in every small detail. This hotel truly made our trip to Mountain City exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is in a building with a lot of other hotels, so for the location you could also check them out. Our room was clean, except that there were bugs in the shower. Because of the bad design of the shower, not only was water leaking from the sides of the shower screen, the plate on the ground you had to step on was loose and that's where the bugs came from. Except for that everything was in order and we had a very nice view from the hotel lobby on the bridge next to Hongyadong Cave. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped us reschedule one of our breakfasts without problem. However, when we had checked out, they kept sending messages to give them a good review and wanted to send me a review text and pictures to copy paste as my review. I had a great stay at Harmony Oasis Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. One of the highlights was the amazing view, especially at night. It really made the stay feel extra special. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and any questions I had quick and easy. The location is another big advantage. It’s conveniently located near Jiefangbei and within easy reach of Chongqing’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious rooms, beautiful views, great service, and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing.

This Le Meridien stay completely exceeded my expectations. It's a five-star experience that offers incredible value for money. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, surrounded by shopping areas and chain restaurants, so getting around and finding food is a breeze. Suki at the front desk was very efficient and even proactively recommended great places to eat and visit – there's so much good food in Chongqing, I'm a big fan of 'feichangji' (a local chicken and intestine dish)! The room was spotless and odor-free, with fluffy, soft bedding that let me fall asleep quickly. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed by any hallway noise. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, 24-hour hot water with stable pressure, and the complimentary toiletries were very pleasant to use. Overall, it was an experience beyond five stars. I'll definitely prioritize staying here next time I visit the city.
