This hotel is really great! It's about a 15-minute drive from Disneyland, and they offer a shuttle service. It's not a large bus, but rather the vehicle shown in the first picture. Just remember to book it the night before. For your return trip from Disneyland, you also need to book in advance. They schedule the shuttles based on the fireworks shows, usually two shuttles for two fireworks displays. They typically depart about 40 minutes after the fireworks end. For example, if the fireworks are at 8 PM, the shuttle will leave around 9 PM. The shuttle usually parks at the Donald Duck parking lot, just past the overpass on the far right lane. The hotel itself is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are decent, though I couldn't find the exhaust fan in the bathroom, haha. The staff were very good. My check-out time arrived, but I was still on the subway after being out, and they didn't rush me, which was nice. Perhaps it was because it was a weekday and not fully booked. Breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, with staples like scallion oil noodles and wontons. It's served from 7 AM to 10 AM. They also provide shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport. For pickups, you can book at any time. For drop-offs, there are fixed times. If the times don't work for you, you can also take the subway, as both driving and subway take about half an hour.

Disney shuttle service: Saves so much time and effort, it's punctual and quick. What's really great is that there's no sales pitch on the bus, so you can truly relax. Facilities: Very comprehensive and excellent. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and incredibly bright. Environment: Plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment outside. It's convenient to order takeout at night. Service: Absolutely fantastic!

This was my first time visiting Shanghai Disneyland, and I wanted a hotel close to the metro. I'm very satisfied! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. Before my arrival, Manager Xiaomei contacted me. Since we were checking in late, she kept in touch and was always responsive to our needs. The room was clean, and they even thoughtfully provided earplugs because the room faced the street. Another reason I chose this hotel is that they offer two shuttle times to and from Disneyland, which perfectly caters to guests' needs – it's incredibly convenient! After a long day of walking, being able to take a shuttle directly back to the hotel was pure bliss. Also, the hotel breakfast was very rich and tasted great; the mini wontons and roast duck were especially delicious 😋. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip. Thanks to Manager Xiaomei and the staff for their hard work. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

The hotel has a minimalist Japanese style, with a clean and atmospheric environment. The staff are very friendly, warm, and thoughtful. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport on the hour, which is super convenient for catching flights – a big plus! However, staying for four consecutive days, the breakfast selection was incredibly monotonous and never changed. It got really boring after a while. The late-night snack options were also very limited, with only noodles and congee available – far too few choices. Furthermore, during my stay, I noticed that the indoor air felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, always with a stale odor. My room was close to the road, so opening the window meant car noise, but closing it made the room stuffy and smelly, which significantly reduced my comfort. On a positive note, they thoughtfully gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the service and airport shuttle were good, but the stay would be much better if they could improve the breakfast variety, add more late-night snack options, enhance room ventilation and soundproofing, and eliminate the stale indoor smell.

Firstly, the location is great, a 10-minute walk from the metro, everything is close. Secondly, the price is very cheap. There is hot water, BUT be prepared for the shower and toilet to be right in the room, separated by a transparent wall! There's zero privacy. And it's dirty... the dust not only can't be wiped off, but I don't think it's ever been wiped off! Horrible! Every surface is dusty and dirty. The hotel itself is also very dirty! We rented it for a few hours, to sleep and shower between layovers.

Location: The hotel is located near Chuansha subway station, within easy walking distance. Metro Line 2 offers convenient access to both Hongqiao Railway Station/Airport and Pudong Airport. Service: The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Disneyland, which is very convenient. The first shuttle to Disneyland departs at 7:20 AM, but if you have an early access pass for the park, you'll need to make your own way there. The late shuttle departs from Disneyland at 10:20 PM, and upon returning to the hotel, there's a simple supper of porridge and buns available at the restaurant. Check-in is available after 10 AM, which is great for those arriving on early flights or trains, allowing you to check in and free yourself from carrying luggage around. Room Facilities: I booked a Jiumu King Room, and Atour's bedding is consistently very comfortable. The mini-fridge in the room contains Atour's own tea drinks, as well as Coke. Upon checkout, I received a complimentary snack bag as a souvenir, which was perfect for the journey home.

This hotel, recommended by a friend, truly exceeded my expectations! For this price point, everything was better than I anticipated. My hotel requirements are usually quite simple: a window for ventilation, good soundproofing, excellent service, impeccable hygiene (the most important), and a mattress that isn't too soft. I usually stay at Atour hotels. This hotel pretty much met all those criteria, especially the hygiene and service. This trip, I was traveling solo with my child to Disneyland, focusing on being economical and comfortable. I'd rather save money for the Disney Premier Access pass, which is more worthwhile. First and foremost, the service at this hotel deserves a huge shout-out. They genuinely go above and beyond to accommodate requests. On our return shuttle bus, they thoughtfully provided bread and milk. At check-out, they even gave my child a little pendant. If I had to nitpick, there were some small cracks in the walls, but that wasn't an issue for me. The TV was a bit small, but honestly, who watches TV much these days anyway? The only real inconvenience was the lack of a place to put clothes in the bathroom, but it's something you can work around. The soundproofing could be slightly better; it was a bit noisy the first night, but by the second night, everyone was tired from Disney and it was very quiet. Given everything, the hotel did a great job in this regard. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Disneyland. Oh, and for the Early Entry pass, you'll need to take a taxi yourself, but it's only a convenient 15-minute drive.

Located in a little (but within 10 minutes) walk from Metro station, but lively shopping are and adjacent to histric old town area in Chuansha district. The hotel seems recently renovated and my room is spacious enough, clean and has good facilities. Highly recommended.

The main aim of my trip was to visit Disneyland, and this place is lovely. The location is near Disney, so you can stay affordably, and the room is extremely spacious. They even included a small play slide for my child to play while in the room. There is also a larger play area, and my child thoroughly enjoyed it. I've included a picture of my complimentary breakfast which was decent and quite a lot There is on-site laundry, which is a godsend. The customer service was responsive as well. Some gripes was that as I came during the colder season, they had centralized heating; thus, the room was very warm. However the prompt customer service provided us a fan to tide us over. Thankful to them. Maybe another gripe would be the lack of malls nearby if you need to purchase stuff. There's only a small minimart opposite, but you can order items to the hotel, no issue. I will recommend my friends to come here, as well as come back for my future Shanghai trips.

Seriously good! The location is super convenient, really close to Chuansha subway station. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and the front desk lady was incredibly friendly. The shuttle service was prompt and the experience center was great! There's also a claypot rice place nearby that tastes amazing.
