I've stayed here several times now, and I'm always impressed. The rooms have great natural light and ventilation, and you can tell they pay attention to the details. The bathroom is fresh and clean with no unpleasant odors, the bed is perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It's definitely good value for money, and I always have a very comfortable stay.

Overall good experience at the Fuqing hotel. Renovated a floor of an old building into guest rooms. The floor with the rooms is nicer than the rest of the building. Beds were comfortable and AC works well, provides basic amenities. Located on an extremely busy local street. Not ideal if you are hailing rides, you’ll need to walk to an area with easier access or your ride may take a while. Subway station is not a a far walk. I had appointments in this area but if you are here to shop I’d recommend staying closer to the Luohu area near the number 1 line. Doors are left open after cleaning and before check in so due to the weather there will be mosquitos in the room. The staff were very accommodating and let me change to a new room with less mosquitos. There is a mosquito plug in repellant in each room and you can ask for an electric swatter at the front desk if needed.

My stay was fantastic! The first thing that struck me was how incredibly clean everything was – the room was spotless, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. All the amenities you could need for a short stay were provided. The hotel environment was quiet and relaxing, allowing me to get a great night's sleep without any noise. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive; they proactively shared local travel routes and even helped me arrange a taxi, which saved me a lot of hassle. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Line 1, with multiple exits, making transportation a breeze. I felt very safe here, with elevator access requiring a key card and 24-hour security patrols. The room's balcony offered an expansive view and excellent natural light, keeping it bright and sunny during the day. The air conditioning was powerful, easily keeping the room cool even on hot days. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When we’re arrived at night to check in, there was no one at the reception for quite some time. We called, and the staff said he was in the toilet, so we continued waiting. When he finally came out, his attitude was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed from the start. Whenever we asked questions, the responses were impatient and unhelpful. Hotel has two entrances, left and right side ,but never clearly guide us. We accidentally went to the wrong one, the staff responded in a very rude tone, pointing us elsewhere without even looking at us . The lack of basic courtesy was shocking. The room was acceptable, but the service of that guy completely ruined the experience. The staff’s attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was very disappointing. We only stayed one night, but it negatively affected both my mood and my family’s. The next day, we stored our luggage, it was handled by a different staff member and there were no issues. However, when we returned in the evening to collect our bags, we saw the same rude receptionist again. I chose to leave immediately, even though I urgently needed to use the restroom, just to avoid interacting with him again. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. If you don’t want to pay for a stressful and unpleasant experience, it’s better to avoid staying here.

Superb value! I reached the hotel ahead of time and the front desk staff allowed me to check in at noon. Cleanliness is top-notch. Housekeeping & dining cafe staff are friendly. The location of the hotel cannot be faulted - it’s just opposite SEG Electronics Mall across the big junction. Walk thru the underground pedestrian access and you’ll be at the line 1 Huaqiang Road metro station in no time. Recommended!

My stay at Dynasty Business Hotel (Futian Port, Shenzhen) was excellent! Traveling with a friend, we chose the Qingcheng Twin Room. The room was spotless and very well-maintained. The hotel's location near Futian Port is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transport, dining, and shopping. The environment was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbances. The staff were warm and welcoming; they were very patient when I checked in and asked questions. The facilities were comprehensive, meeting all our daily needs. Overall, it offered great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shenzhen and highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very well. The bathroom had strong water pressure, and hot water came quickly. Walking distance to the Huaqiangbei electronic market (华强电子市场) districts and the Dreams-on Mall (君尚购物中心) near by. Convenience with Huaqianbei station (line 2, 7, 8) across from the hotel 华强北站. Services and all employees are very polite, room is clean and good size for 3 people. Breakfast choice and variety is sufficient, one more coffee machine will be more ideal though. Room tea bags taste good but it will be more handy if it's tea bag type instead of loose leaf pack. Check in, lobby, gym/ laundry and dinning is on 10th floor and rooms locate on 8, 9 and 10th floors. Three lifts access and one of it is specific for the lodging. I will consider this place again. GGuest UserI was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. The room was comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the Huazhu TV cast screen feature was very convenient. The bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and promptly offered water upon arrival. The mini-fridge was stocked with Coke and dark beer, and the delivery robots for room service and takeout were efficient. Overall, it offered great value for money and a very good hotel experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of cold dishes and a wide variety of hot food. I'd say it's among the best for this type of hotel, and I definitely enjoyed a hearty meal. The location is very convenient, situated in the central Futian area, close to the subway and train station, making it ideal for business travelers. It's also a good choice for tourists visiting Shenzhen, as most places are accessible by subway.

I especially appreciated the enthusiastic and diligent housekeeping auntie who cleaned our room. The restaurant was decent, and the staff worked quietly and diligently. My first visit to Shenzhen left a good impression, and I'll definitely be back!

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

From service to ambiance, dining to cleanliness, the Ritz-Carlton perfectly showcased the quality expected of a top luxury hotel. The day before check-in, a staff member contacted me to inquire about my preferences and schedule. The next day, I had a smooth check-in, and they thoughtfully prepared toiletries for my child. I had seen some reviews saying the hotel wasn't very welcoming to children, but that's absolutely not true! From the doorman to the lobby staff and every other team member I encountered, everyone was incredibly warm, sincere, and polite. Traveling with my two children, I felt truly touched by their kindness. The room was clean, bright, and airy, with not a speck of dust in any corner. The bedding was comfortable, and they even offered a variety of pillows to choose from, which was a huge plus for a picky sleeper like me. The breakfast was rich and exquisite – and I say that based on comparisons with other hotels in the same price range. The outdoor pool also deserves a special mention; the night view, in particular, was stunning, far more impressive in person than in pictures. This time, I was short on time and couldn't experience the spa, but I did try the indoor hot spring and steam room, which were incredibly relaxing and washed away the fatigue of a long day. YYao0106Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable. Facilities: The large shower head was very comfortable, and the hot water came on quickly. The smart toilet was a nice convenience. They even provided bath bags for the bathtub. The pool was clean, and the poolside bar had a great vibe at night. There's also a robot that delivers takeaways. Service: Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. The front desk was very professional and even gave us sand-digging tools. They upgraded our room type, and everyone would proactively greet us when we came and went. The new lady at the front desk had a very friendly smile. On the morning of April 9th, the housekeeping auntie on the 3rd floor was exceptionally good; she immediately provided anything guests needed and was very enthusiastic. The hotel is right across from an outlet mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Next time I'm in Dameisha, I will definitely stay here again.

The gym, in particular, is excellent, with professional equipment and spacious surroundings, creating a fantastic atmosphere for workouts. It's perfect for keeping up with your routine even while staying at the hotel. The room at night is an added bonus; the city lights outside the window are dazzling, with the skyline fully visible. The wide-open view creates a wonderful ambiance, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful nightscape from the comfort of your bed. The overall experience was comfortable and high-quality, with attentive service. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure stays.
