This was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable stay we had during our trip to Guiyang. The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, and just a stone's throw from Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Market, making it easy to explore and find great food. The rooms are spotless, and you can choose between a street-facing room with views of old buildings or a quieter room on the north side. What really stood out was the incredible service; every staff member at the hotel was so warm and friendly. We stayed for three nights during our trip, with one night in Xiuwen in between, so we actually made a point to come back to Banshan Hotel. We had a street-facing room the first night and then a quieter room on the back side for our second stay, which ensured a great night's sleep! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guiyang. The two photos below are ones I took of the street view opposite the hotel, but I don't have any photos of the room itself.

The room was clean and the facilities were new. 3. The hotel management is very thoughtful; they provided complimentary daily fruit, freshly brewed coffee, and mini-bar drinks, which is truly commendable! 4. They have self-service washing machines, and I even received help from the staff with washing, drying, and folding my laundry, which was then delivered back to my room! 5. What I appreciate most is how kind, approachable, and enthusiastic all the staff members were in attending to guests' needs. It truly gave me a delightful sense of being at home. Conclusion: This will definitely be my go-to place when I visit Guiyang again, and my top recommendation for friends and family traveling to Guiyang!

The room was spacious and bright, and the furnishings were clean and tidy. Despite it being the off-season, the hospitality remained high, with fewer people and excellent service. The daytime was filled with beautiful scenery, and the night was filled with sweet dreams. This review was originally posted on Ctrip on the 27th. It was my first time booking a hotel online, and I mistakenly went to the wrong review section, so I'm reposting it now.

The location is excellent, right near the snack street, within walking distance. The cleanliness is top-notch; the cleaning staff clearly puts a lot of effort into their work. The front desk小姐姐 (a polite and friendly way to refer to female front desk staff) was also very enthusiastic and did her best to help us with any issues she could resolve. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The transportation couldn't be more convenient, with the subway and bus stops right downstairs. It makes getting around, whether for sightseeing or business, completely hassle-free. The lobby is clean and grand, and the living environment is very comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise—not only were the flavors unique, but they also extended the dining hours until 1 PM, which is incredibly flexible and a huge plus for travelers with a more relaxed schedule. The shower pressure in the room is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the hairdryer is good quality and doesn't damage your hair. Overall, it's great value for money.

This hotel upholds the excellent standards of the Holiday Inn brand, with superb service. My flight was delayed, and the front desk staff, Ren Linlin, kindly extended my check-out time until 3:45 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location is excellent, and the price is quite reasonable. It's very convenient to walk to Qingyun Market. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are well-maintained. This is always my first choice when I have a layover in Guiyang.

The room was spotlessly clean, and all the toiletries were provided and hygienic. The staff were incredibly polite, patiently answering all our questions and even proactively sharing information about nearby parking. The laundry service was also incredibly convenient: we just wrote down our requests, and the staff washed, dried, and returned our clothes to the room – such a time-saver! The room itself was modern and well-appointed, with many thoughtful design details that made our stay incredibly comfortable. I genuinely recommend this hotel for families traveling with children; they've truly thought of everything. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

The location is absolutely superb, just a 3-5 minute walk from Jiaxiu Tower. This prime spot allowed me to capture the tower's beauty both by day and night, right when I wanted to. It was also incredibly convenient to take an evening stroll around Jiaxiu Tower after dinner every day. Plus, a food street and the Hema Fresh supermarket are both very close by. I stayed for several consecutive days and had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, the staff were warm and friendly, and overall, I was extremely satisfied. I would happily stay here again if given the chance.

The location of this hotel is really awesome! It is very close to Guiyang Qingyun Market, and the surrounding area is full of various specialty snacks. It is super convenient to go shopping and eat late at night. The hotel experience is full, the breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is very good, and there is a warm bowl of noodles late at night, so intimate! The atmosphere of the bar downstairs is full, and it is especially pleasant to sit for leisure. The rooms are clean and tidy, spacious, comfortable and quiet, and the service is very thoughtful. You must live in Guiyang, highly recommended!
