The hotel is clean and hygienic. Front desk staff member #2 was very enthusiastic and helped me with all my questions. The hotel has a grand atmosphere, and the lobby is impressive. It's located right inside the train station, which was incredibly convenient – I've never stayed so close to one before! It's right next to the exit, making it super easy to get around. You can catch the metro Line 5 right outside the train station, and it's just a few stops, about ten minutes, to attractions like Yuelu Mountain and Orange Island Scenic Area. The location couldn't be more convenient, saving a lot of travel time. The room hygiene was also excellent, and there's a free gym and children's play area. For this price, it's definitely worth it! Highly recommend!!!

For just over 100 RMB, what more could you ask for? It has everything you need: clean, fast hot water, strong air conditioning, and stable WiFi. The bedding was odorless, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The location is close to the station. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. I called ahead and confirmed I could bring a small pet. Wanda Plaza is right next door with plenty of food and entertainment options. It's just that Changsha has been incredibly hot these past few days, so it's crowded everywhere. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Good value for money, recommended!

The room was clean and the environment was great. They kindly extended my check-out to 2 PM, which was very considerate. Plus, there's a robot that delivers food directly to the room door, which is super convenient. There's unlimited bottled water, and they even provided four bottles in the room. The toiletries were comfortable to use, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's also very close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I'd definitely come back here again!

Whenever I travel, I usually prefer to book with Ji Hotel. The environment and service are always on point. This particular branch is about 800-900 meters from the subway station, which makes transportation quite convenient. You can order takeout from many popular local eateries, so it's not a dream to try all the delicious food in Changsha without even leaving the hotel.

This hotel in Changsha really impressed me! Being on a high floor, the view was fantastic, especially at night when I could catch the city's light show right from my room – perfect for photos. Downstairs, there's a mall, and places like Cha Yan Yue Se and Black Classic are just a few minutes' walk away. We had different food and drinks every day, and didn't even need an umbrella when it rained. The subway station is right next door, making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle in about 10-odd minutes, which saved us a lot on taxi fares. Front desk attendant #276 was incredibly helpful. When we asked for directions, she not only told us how to get there but also warned us about potential tourist traps and recommended some authentic local noodle shops, which were delicious! The room was very clean; every day we came back to a neatly made bed, and they even tidied up our charging cables – it's those little details that make a stay comfortable. When we checked out, they even gave us a small snack, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay; it offers good value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk away. It's also near Line 2, which goes directly to all the scenic spots, making it super convenient. The front desk staff were particularly amazing; I just casually asked about the laundry room, and they arranged a room for me that was closer to it. The only downside is that the room space is a bit small, but everything else is good. The amenities provided are very comprehensive, and there are even many free items available for borrowing, which is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

I recently stayed at a hotel with an excellent price-performance ratio and it was fantastic! It's a high-quality hotel, very nice, and the hotel is new with complete facilities. Parking is convenient, and the location is excellent, close to the train station and Wanjiali Square, making it easy to get around. The hotel is clean, the service is very welcoming, the style is unique, the rooms are large, the internet is reliable, the windows are large, and the TV is large and can be projected. Highly recommended! The bed is very comfortable, the location is good, the price is reasonable, the environment is good, bright, and quiet. The room is well-soundproofed, very quiet, spacious, and the service is attentive and excellent. It's very convenient, very good, nicely decorated, the bedding is comfortable, free luggage storage is a plus, and it's very relaxing. The internet speed is fast, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, it's a great experience, very convenient, and worth recommending. There's a convenience store right outside, making shopping very convenient. Excellent! Very special, highly recommended!

Had a great stay here! The room was really bright with good natural light and smelled fresh. I also appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Check-in was super fast thanks to the efficient front desk staff. The hotel even offers a free laundry room and plenty of other amenities. Plus, they gave me a small gift when I checked out!

Our little one loved the Peppa inspired room and the large bathtub. We loved the afternoon tea, the beds, the toiletries, the smell of green tea as you enter the hotel lobby and the attentiveness of the staff as well as the Japanese minimalism decor and the tea available at reception. One minor thing is that it's a shame the hotel seems to struggle with storage at the reception area so it looks quite messy ruining the atmosphere of the Japanese minimalism.
