The room and bathroom are both spacious, but you have to step into the jacuzzi to shower, which is inconvenient as I don't take baths. There are no steps to climb into the tub. I slept in and missed breakfast, so I can't comment on its quality. It's 3.3 km from Zuoying HSR Station."

However, shortly after lying down, I discovered a huge cockroach crawling on the headboard – I've never seen one that big! I called staff, and they came with insecticide to kill and remove it, but it really left me with a lasting impression."

"The location is super convenient, just a 1-2 minute walk from the MRT station, and you can easily walk to the night market. The best part is how incredibly clean it is; I even wiped everything down with a wet wipe and found no dust at all. The room cleaning service is also very thorough, they even neatly coiled all the electrical cords. The minibar offers complimentary drinks. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Kaohsiung in the future."

"We stayed in the Gudetama room which is decorated in a very cute style.With the reservation we had the priority of checking in,free afternoon tea and the photo shoot service. We enjoyed the gym and the sauna which is perfect for relaxing.And most of all the hotel provided the shuttle service to the high speed train station for free. We will be back again for the Melody room."

"Excellent hotel 10/10 recommend. From the welcome gift, free snack bar to the impeccable service, they ticked all the boxes. Food was delicious, the room was clean and well-designed. Location was convenient (30min metro from airport, and a short walk from the liuhe night market). However its not that close to other tourist attractions in kaohsiung. would definitely recommend for a night stay before going to airport."
