The hotel is about 3-4 kilometers from Sha Tin MTR Station, costing around HKD 50 by taxi. There's a scheduled free shuttle bus at the Royal Park Hotel. It's also about a one-kilometer walk from Sha Tin MTR Station. The concierge, front desk, and room service staff are all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, minimalist, bright, and spacious. The lunch buffet for HKD 250 is excellent, offering great variety and value. It would be even better if the hotel had robot delivery for takeaways and a self-service laundry room!

I'm genuinely shocked by the service these days. I witnessed an incident firsthand: a solo guest was staying at the hotel, and the next day, a 'friend' wanted to join them for the complimentary buffet breakfast. The person at the entrance, checking guests in, noticed it was a solo booking and immediately refused entry to the self-proclaimed 'friend'. The 'friend' turned to leave, but the hotel staff completely ignored us, who were waiting right behind them to check in for breakfast. Instead, they immediately called the front desk, confirmed the guest's information, and then, in front of everyone, used highly inappropriate language, loudly exclaiming, 'I just chased away a clueless *****!' We all heard it clearly. Meanwhile, the man who had left wasn't far from the elevators, heard what was said, and immediately came back, asking, 'What did you just say?' The person on the phone largely ignored him… To be frank, I don't care if that person was trying to get a free buffet breakfast or not, but the staff's handling of the situation was completely out of line. At the very least, they shouldn't have used such disrespectful language for other guests to hear while dealing with this, and their disregard for us waiting to enter – does that mean any guest who turns to leave will be subjected to discriminatory remarks? Speechless.

I checked into this hotel on April 5th and checked out on April 8th. The front desk lady who handled my check-in was incredibly helpful and attentive, a definite thumbs-up for her service! 👍
The room itself was quite spacious with a well-thought-out design. I stayed in a river-view room and was very satisfied.
The hotel's location is also a plus; it's just a few minutes' walk to Shimen Metro Station, making getting around super convenient.

I didn't take any pictures of the room, but it was really spacious and comfortable! A 1.8-meter bed is a rarity in Hong Kong, and it was more than enough for two adults and a child to sleep comfortably. The view of the residential area from the window was also very pleasant. Downstairs, you'll find the Snoopy Land and Dinosaur Park, which are great for families with kids. The food options are endless, with places like Red Tea Restaurant and No. 2 Restaurant, just to name a few. There are three large shopping malls right downstairs, so you don't even need to go outside, making it perfect even in bad weather. So convenient!

The best service I've ever experienced. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the front desk staff speaks better English than me to boot.
Rooms are great and come furnished with everything you need and more. The outlets are, I believe, British standards, but the room included adapters for USB charging and American standard. Our room had a pretty swank view that captured mountain, ocean, and cityscape in one frame
Decent gym with maybe 10 treadmills, a small area for dumbbells, and enough machines to hit every major muscle group. Overall around the same caliber as a Planet Fitness.

AAnonymous UserTraveling with family, we chose the family room at this hotel, which had one large and one small bed, enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was small but well-appointed, and canned mineral water was provided. The air conditioning was very strong. It's a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR Exit C, an 8-minute walk to catch the tram, a 15-minute walk to the Star Ferry, and a 5-minute walk to the airport bus stop. The transportation is incredibly convenient. If I come to Hong Kong again in the future, I'll definitely consider staying here.
YYas_miniThis was my second time staying at the hotel. And I was glad to see the upgraded an refreshed the towels. The hotel itself and room itself is kept well. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Only the half shower door isn’t very practical and all the water still goes out.
The rain shower was broken in my room.
The bedding was clean and comfy. But only two pillows are provided not 4. One of the towels had orange stains on it .
The cleaning could be better as I found the counter tops still stained with glass or can marks . Clearly showing the counter tops were not wiped down. The floor had hair and there was dirt in some corners.
The downside of this room is that it gets a lot of condensed. So on returning the floor would have moisture and condensation on it. It was just so annoying.
Other than that it’s in a super convenient location.
GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean.
The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were warm and professional. The front desk attendant was particularly helpful; we were a group hoping to stay on the same floor, and he really went out of his way to accommodate us. What truly stands out is finding such a reasonably priced hotel in a place like Hong Kong, where space is at a premium – it's truly a rare find! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to Tuen Mun MTR Station, which is a terminal station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Light Rail stop nearby, and multiple bus routes just below the MTR station. It's convenient, affordable, and offers great value for money! 👍👍👍
GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed in one room, while my parents stayed in another.
The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable. The view is definitely better on the higher floors — my parents stayed on the 31st floor and had a lovely view, while our room on the 12th floor didn’t have much of a view, but honestly, we were mostly there just to sleep.
There was bottled water in the room upon arrival, but when we asked for more the next day, we were told to get it from the gym. Also, the cone-shaped paper cups in the gym were not very practical — that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel has a gym for those interested.
The location is very convenient. We used the tram frequently to explore Hong Kong, and it’s very close to the hotel. There is also a shopping mall nearby, plenty of places to eat, and a supermarket right across the street.
The room overall was nice. There was a slight humidity smell, but that seems to be common in Hong Kong. Keeping the air conditioning on helps a lot.
It would be great if the hotel had universal power outlets.
Greetings from Turkey — Turkish guests would definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.
Rruowen118The hotel is a bit far from popular attractions like Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay. A HKD 500 deposit is required upon check-in, and they accept RMB. There's a McDonald's, a 'cha chaan teng' (local cafe), and a convenience store nearby, so food options are pretty convenient. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take 4 stops to reach Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. Although the room is a bit small, it's very clean. Overall, it's still quite good.

We had a great stay at Venetian Hostel in Tsim Sha Tsui! The location is honestly one of the best things about it — it’s right in the center of everything in TST. There are so many food places just outside the building, so finding something to eat was never a problem.
The MTR is also very convenient, only about a 2-minute walk from TST Station Exit D2, which made commuting around Hong Kong super easy. If you’re coming from the airport by bus, you can simply stop at bus stop #14 (Mirador Mansion), which is very close to the hostel.
Another thing we appreciated was the housekeeping. They collect the trash every day, so when we came back our bins were already clean. They also changed our bedsheets and towels even though we didn’t request it, which was a really nice touch.
Just a small tip: they sometimes offer room upgrades when you arrive, but you can always say NO if you want to stick with your budget.
We stayed on the 13th floor, and that floor has a free water refilling station (which the other floors don’t have), so that was a big plus for us.
The only downside is that the elevator in the building can be very slow, especially during busy hours. But overall, the stay was comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Great option if you’re looking for a budget place in TST!
KKKingThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Prince Edward MTR Station. The lobby is on the third floor. The room size is decent; I could open my 26-inch suitcase flat. The bedding was quite clean and tidy, and the washroom area had a good wet/dry separation. As is common in Hong Kong, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own.
HHoneyFlyOur room is big only two people stay but i think it can fit 4 on it the see view is amazing its just that they don’t gice complementary WATER its my first time staying at the hotel that didn’t give Water 😅 location is a little far because its sea side hotel but they has service shuttle so overall its a nice Hotel and Stay
GGuest UserThe room has a TV and two beds, with a sea view overlooking the harbor. There's a convenient shuttle bus for getting around. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall where you can grab a delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay!
