This stay truly exceeded my expectations! 👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel staff were incredibly warm and enthusiastic from check-in to check-out. What's even better is the hotel's location right in the Tanhualin cultural district; I could feel the rich cultural atmosphere just by opening my window. Every detail was unforgettable.

The room was clean and tidy, and I even got an upgrade! The owner's service attitude was great, and there's free parking available. The bedding was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. It's also really close to Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze River Bridge, with plenty of food options right outside. Highly recommend!

This is a great location to be in, just a couple of minutes walk from a metro station thus easily linking to wherever you need to go, e.g Yellow Crane Tower is two metro stops away.very easy to get to airport and train stations. The Yangtze River promenade can be reached on foot. Being in the Wuchung District is a good place to be when a tourist. The studio apartment is spacious, suitable for two people. It is convenient to have a washing machine to do laundry as needed. Cooking is not permitted , though there is a kettle, fridge and very easy to get food deliveries. Housekeeping will empty bins and top up water bottles each day. The apartment has a lived in feel thus a little shabby around some edges though is clean and comfortable. It has felt like a home from home. I have experienced no difficulties and would stay again.

During my trip to Wuhan, I chose the Hello Hotel, located near Tanhualin. The experience was fantastic and I absolutely give it a five-star rating! The hotel is perfectly located, just about 400 meters from Tanhualin Metro Station. From the hotel, it's a short walk across the metro station to Tanhualin and Liangdao Street, offering a variety of delicious food and convenient access to other attractions by subway. The room was fully equipped with all the basic amenities you need. Disposable toiletries were provided, and the tea bags included a unique green tea from the collaboration with Cha Yan Yue Se. The double-glazed windows in the room provided excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful restful environment. The hotel's public facilities are also comprehensive, including a self-service laundry room in the lobby, complete with washing machines and dryers. The tea bar offers fruit teas, purified water, and coffee. The coffee is freshly ground from Italian beans, and while it can only be made in Americano or espresso, it's sufficient for basic needs. Takeout is delivered to the floor by a robot, which is both convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's service was also attentive, with friendly front desk staff and complimentary mineral water at the elevator entrance. In short, Hello Hotel performs well in terms of location, facilities, and services, and is very cost-effective. It is an excellent accommodation choice for traveling to Wuhan. I will choose here again next time I visit Wuhan.

Booked this for my family. It's a newly opened hotel with an excellent location. The back entrance is right next to Yellow Crane Tower's Exit C and the famous Red Wall photo spot, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was top-notch. They had a really comfortable stay. Will definitely come back next time!

I came to Wuhan for a trip and stayed in this hotel for the first time. The hotel surprised me very much! When I entered the hotel, the background wall of the Three Gorges Dam at the front desk came into view, which is very characteristic of the hotel. Xiaoying's service is very thoughtful, and all the questions raised can be solved with care. Although the room is not big, it has all the facilities. There are also many attractions nearby, such as Yellow Crane Tower, Hubu Lane, Liangdao Street, Tanhualin, Wuchang River Beach, Yangtze River Bridge, etc. The transportation is very convenient, with subway stations and bus stops nearby, which can be reached in five minutes on foot. The hotel also offers free parking 🅿️, and there is an underground parking garage. When checking in, they will take the initiative to ask if you bring your car with you, which is very considerate!

The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to visit attractions like Yellow Crane Tower, Hubu Alley, and Tan Hualin. The breakfast spread is also fantastic. From the 12th-floor observation restaurant, you get a clear and amazing view of the Yangtze River Bridge and Yellow Crane Tower! Plus, there's a kids' play area! The hotel service is excellent, especially our concierge, Lele, who was incredibly thoughtful. They even considered our needs and offered a lower pillow, which was a very considerate and wonderful touch!

After passing the traffic light, there is a store for buying specialties. The hotel guy’s service is also very good and his attitude is particularly good. At that time, I was still worried about whether the hotel was good or not. When I booked the hotel, I did a lot of guides and finally made my choice. After staying at this hotel, the hygiene of the hotel is worthy of praise. The aunties who can wash clothes will help with drying. The attitude of the aunties here is also very good and easy-going. The bathroom of the hotel is also worthy of praise. The hotel boy will remind us that the toilet seat is disposable. You will change it after using it, so you have to operate it by yourself. You can book this 195 room when booking a room. You can see the outside scenery and it is very beautiful to take pictures. We went to many places to play, but we did not go to East Lake and Hankou River Beach. It's a pity that Qingchuan Pavilion is too tiring in Wuhan. It's not recommended to go out at noon. It's okay to go out and ride a bicycle at 5-6 pm. Friends who come to Wuhan for the first time can download a ** and get a 3-day ride for 4.8. The bicycle roll is more practical. I personally think I will come to this hotel again if I come to Wuhan in the afternoon.

She actively assigned rooms to us according to the situation of adults and children here and introduced travel tips to us. Not only is the room quality very high, the service is in place, the geographical advantage of the hotel is also very obvious. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the Yellow Crane Tower. Whether it is to the surrounding Tanhualin, Jianghan Road, the ferry, or the Xinhai Revolution Museum, it is only two or three subway stops away. The transportation is very convenient

It's a bit like a small apartment with relatively complete facilities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, projector, sofa, wardrobe, etc. The scenery outside the window is also nice. There is a subway station downstairs and the commercial street is only a few hundred meters away. It is a very good experience. (Not a lie, but my true feelings)
