"I was really happy with the room the staff assigned me. It was well-equipped and the location was super convenient. There's a pharmacy and a convenience store right across the street, and it's close to the subway station and the Bell Tower. I highly recommend their afternoon tea and the wide variety of late-night snacks. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends."
"Excellent hotel! The mutton noodles in clear soup for breakfast are delicious. The hotel's location is also very advantageous, and travel is very convenient. The room is warmly decorated and the bedding is soft. The staff members Xiao Wang and Xiao Yang have a very good attitude and always serve with a smile. It was a very comfortable stay here, and I will choose this hotel next time I come!"
"There were a few minor issues and misunderstandings during my last stay, but the hotel handled everything proactively and resolved the problems quickly. This time, I had more time to really experience the hotel. First off, the location is excellent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there are malls nearby, making dining and shopping super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, actively asking about guests' needs and even offering welcome fruit. Although the hotel has been around for some years, the facilities are well-maintained and look very new. I especially want to commend how incredibly clean everything is. The housekeeping staff were very polite, always greeting me when we met. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future and recommend it to friends and family."
"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, showing great attention to detail. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the facilities were complete and functional. It offered excellent value for money."
"Breakfast was delicious! The stir-fried bean sprouts and spicy shrimp were especially to my liking! They also had Xi'an-style roujiamo (meat sandwich), so the breakfast selection was quite extensive!
When I first checked in, the air conditioning wasn't very warm, and the window was a bit drafty. The front desk immediately sent someone to fix it. When they found it still wasn't warm enough, they promptly changed my room.
After changing rooms, I realized I'd left one of my earphones in my original room. The cleaning lady immediately brought it to me—it was so kind and heartwarming!"
"Facilities: Well-equipped, includes a fridge, and the soundproofing is quite good. The laundry room is on the 3rd floor, don't go to the wrong one; there's also a sign for a laundry room on the 10th floor in the elevator, which can be confusing at first. You need to use your card to access your floor in the elevator, and food deliveries are handled by a robot.
Hygiene: Clean, with a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, but no disposable toilet seat covers.
Environment: Very close to Daming Palace West subway station. It's just over half an hour by subway from Xi'an North Station. There's a Rongmin shopping center nearby, and one stop further at Longshouyuan station, there's a large mall with everything you could need.
Service: Excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.
The only thing I couldn't figure out was why the kettle kept making noise…"
"This hotel is incredibly friendly for those sensitive to noise; the soundproofing is genuinely excellent! My check-in experience was great. The room type I originally booked wasn't available, so they upgraded me for free. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to the metro station. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bedding was. Highly recommend it!!!"
"Stayed here for 5 days. The first two days were with a group and I stayed in a double room. I was surprised when I entered. The accommodation standard of this group is too high. It is warm and clean, with smart control throughout the house. If I forget to bring something, they will contact me and help me send it back to Guangdong from thousands of miles away. The packaging is very strict.
For the next 3 days, I booked a twin room by myself, which was just as good. I have to say one more thing here. They upgraded me to a large twin room for free. Why did I renew the reservation? Because it is so good and so practical.
The package I booked does not have breakfast, but the hotel gave me 3 days of breakfast for two people, although I didn’t eat it in the end because I slept late 😂
Afternoon tea was also delivered on time, and I was infinitely moved and warm in my heart. For people traveling, it is the most gratifying thing. If you stay well, you will rest well, and your mood and body will be good.
Whether it is the cleaning lady or the brother and sister at the front desk, their attitudes are so gentle and patient. I will go to this hotel next time. In addition, it is close to the subway and it is very convenient to travel.
Facilities: reasonable and large space.
Hygiene: Cleaned promptly and very clean.
Environment: Quiet and comfortable
Service: Warm and patient"
"The room was clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the hotel offers great value for money. There's even a complimentary robot service available! The location is excellent, exceeding my expectations. I would definitely choose to stay here again."
"Good location near lots of restaurants. A short walk to the metro line that can take you to Xi'an North train station in about 4 stops. Not super close to other tourist attractions in Xi'an such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda but the metro line takes you there as well. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. I have stayed in Atour hotels in the past and would definitely don't in the future."

GGuest UserOur stay at the Yunhe Hotel was the most memorable part of our trip to Xi'an. The hotel's facilities and service truly impressed our whole family. A key factor for our family travels is ensuring the kids have a great time and are comfortable, and they certainly were here! Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient; we could get almost anywhere within a 20-minute drive. If we ever come back to Xi'an, we'll definitely choose Yunhe again! Special thanks to the kind young man who left sweet soup for us every day, and to the gentle front desk staff, Yezhi, Li Zi, Qiutian, and everyone else. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality; you've left us with a fantastic impression of Xi'an.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is right inside the Huaqing Palace scenic area, so the location is fantastic. We booked a room with a private hot spring tub (though the hot spring water only runs from 7 PM and wasn't hot enough). The hotel butler service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very warm and diligent. You can also inform the front desk in advance to arrange an electric shuttle for transfers within the scenic area. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the service there was also superb. Recommended.
GGuest UserOn my holiday, I brought my child to Xi'an and chose the Sofitel Legend inside the city walls. I booked a package on Ctrip, and the price was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, convenient for getting anywhere, and there are tons of options for food delivery. The entire hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle; as soon as you step through the main entrance, you're shielded from the city's vibrancy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also fantastic, ensuring a great night's sleep every night.
The staff in all areas of the hotel are incredibly warm and professional. They always greet you enthusiastically and proactively offer various services; we felt very well taken care of during our stay.
The hotel itself is compact and exquisite, with all the facilities and services you could need. There's a pool and a gym; the pool was often empty, so we had it all to ourselves! The minibar in the room comes with chocolates and a variety of drinks, plus a coffee machine. Every evening, there's a turndown service that includes cookies or small snacks and milk. The bedding is also very comfortable. The breakfast spread is extensive, with plenty to eat each day. The à la carte menu offers a wide selection of local delicacies and both Chinese and Western dishes, and it's available until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for late risers!
What's more, the hotel is simply beautiful; every picture you take turns out great. Friends who love getting good photos should definitely consider staying here, as both the rooms and public areas are very photogenic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Xi'an. Oh, and the toiletries are also very comprehensive; you only need to bring your own skincare products. The sewing kit was a pleasant surprise – even the thread was already pre-threaded!

Hhilary reedOur stay at the hotel was absolute perfection. The rooms stylish, clean and so comfortable. The amenities feel luxurious and the staff went above and beyond to assure we felt cared for.
The breakfast and afternoon tea are a must and don’t miss a swim in the pool!! The location was perfect for us as it is close to the main attractions within the city walls, yet feels very quiet and removed when you need to recharge. Loved it all!

MM423333****Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.
GGuest UserThe quality of Ascott hotels is consistently reliable, as always. All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.
GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.
GGuest UserThe room was a bit cramped. Usually, when I book through Ctrip, hotels upgrade my room type. The water pressure from the faucet was good, but the sink was round instead of square, which made the faucet too close to the basin, so I kept bumping my hands on the edge when washing them. The tissues were of poor quality; they disintegrated and left bits everywhere in the box. The good points are that it's extremely close to the subway exit – you just step out and it's right there. There are also many chain restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Muslim Quarter in about five minutes.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.
HH2O_cfMy stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .
