"This was my second visit to Xi'an, and I was there for a minor cosmetic procedure. I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, and the receptionist greeted me very warmly. She offered me a refreshing iced plum juice, which was a real thirst-quencher, especially since Xi'an was quite hot those two days. After my procedure, I went sightseeing at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. I was exhausted when I returned to the hotel, but the staff informed me that complimentary afternoon tea and supper were available. Overall, I found the service satisfying. Despite a previous negative experience, this stay was excellent. They even gave me a free room upgrade, making my sleep exceptionally comfortable. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was quite spacious, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows. I chose this hotel because it's located within a park, making it very convenient for accessing the places I needed to go. The hotel's hardware, in general, is impeccable. The hot water supply in the room was plentiful, all items were disposable, and the bed sheets and duvet covers were sanitized, which was great. This time, everything was arranged perfectly for me. The location is an added bonus; the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, saving me a lot of travel time. This city remains my top choice; Xi'an truly is a wonderful place. "The location of the hotel is particularly excellent and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, and the whole process does not take long to wait. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had no smell, the toiletries were complete, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and the night was particularly quiet. "Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. While the room wasn't huge, it was exceptionally clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was good, allowing me to get a great night's sleep.
