"The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right next to the Bell Tower and there's a subway entrance downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. Our room didn't face the Bell Tower directly, but that was fine. The hotel is clean and tidy, and they even have self-service laundry. Although we only stayed one night and didn't get to enjoy the simple afternoon tea snacks, it really shows how thoughtful the hotel is."

"Our stay at Yuan Tuo Hotel was the highlight of our Xi'an trip! The location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient to walk and admire the Bell Tower's evening lights. The room layout was well-designed with great natural light, and the housekeeping was incredibly thorough – even the corners were spotless. The smart room control system added a touch of modern tech, and the Dyson hairdryer was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's Hanfu section offered a good variety of outfits for amazing photos. The staff were warm, friendly, and patiently answered all our questions about sightseeing. Breakfast featured authentic Shaanxi snacks that tasted incredibly genuine. The public areas were clean, tidy, and felt very secure. Combining aesthetics, comfort, and convenience, this hotel is definitely a top recommendation if you're looking to stay in the city center when visiting Xi'an."

"The sleeping facilities at Jingxin Hotel are simply divine! The mattress is a high-elastic,脊椎-supporting type that's just the right balance of soft and firm, offering excellent support. After a long day of exploring Xi'an, I could just lie down and instantly relax, with no back pain at all. They even provide two different kinds of pillows – a down pillow and a buckwheat pillow – so you can choose your preference, and neither has any strange smells. The air conditioning in the room is incredibly quiet, and the temperature control is precise, so it never gets too hot or too cold. Paired with the double-layered, thickened blackout curtains, the room is completely dark. USB fast charging outlets are conveniently located by the bed, and the bedside LED strip lighting is soft and not at all harsh, so it doesn't hurt your eyes if you get up at night. All the sleep-related amenities in this room are top-notch. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, you're guaranteed a peaceful and restful night's sleep here."

"The Novotel is in a fantastic location, right above Metro Lines 2 and 6, offering direct access to all major attractions. It's also just three stops from the train station. Downstairs, there's a travel agency where you can catch direct buses to the Terracotta Army and hop-on-hop-off city tour buses. As for the hotel's front desk staff, check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made 'sauteed' noodles and beef noodles daily, plus a mix of Chinese and Western options. This explains why we saw quite a few foreigners staying here. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose the Bell Tower Novotel again. 100% recommended!"

"Hotel is about 1omins walks from Beidaijie metro station Exit C. Many eateries around the hotel and cross over to opposite is where can walk to Muslim Quarter. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and we have good night sleep every night. The only thing to feedback about is the shower area. There isn't hanging facility or hook in the small shower room so when shower we had to undress in toilet room which next to it and walk next to shower room, very inconvenient. The shower room also a little cramp and towel get wet easily. Other then that over all stay was great. The staffs are friendly and always greet guests with smile. Keep it up the good job."

"Choosing the UrCove by Hyatt for my trip to Xi'an was absolutely the right decision – it truly lives up to its Hyatt sub-brand reputation. When checking in, the two lovely ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. They answered all my questions, meticulously arranged everything according to my requests left on Trip.com (even changing the welcome fruit to sugar-free cherry tomatoes as requested), and upgraded us to a deluxe room directly because of availability. The lobby on the first floor is spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated. They offer complimentary drinks, and I was particularly happy to see lemon-cucumber water, which is perfect for us elderly folks with diabetes. The room itself was unexpectedly huge! The bedroom, bathroom, and shower room were all exceptionally spacious. The facilities and linens were brand new, and the bathroom amenities were high quality. There were plenty of charging outlets strategically placed to meet various needs. The electric curtains and smart mattress were a godsend for relieving travel fatigue – truly an excellent stay experience. The hallway carpets and wallpaper were spotless, and the incredibly large elevator lobby on our floor was also tastefully decorated (it felt like the biggest elevator lobby I've ever seen in a hotel!). Even the cleaning staff on our floor were very polite, always greeting guests with a smile and a nod. In the evening, the coffee bar on the first floor offered complimentary eight-treasure porridge and small pickles. Beyond all that, the hotel's location is truly exceptional. It's just a 7-minute walk to Beidajie Metro Station (from where you can take the subway directly to Xianyang Airport – it's convenient, less crowded, costs 8 yuan, and takes 1 hour and 25 minutes). Alternatively, you can take the airport shuttle (Zhonglou line) to the Bell Tower Hotel, which costs 25 yuan and takes 1 hour and 10 minutes (allow 1 hour and 20 minutes for the return trip). The surrounding snack streets (popular with both tourists and locals) are simply countless – Muslim Quarter, Xiyang Market, Sajinqiao – all within walking distance. You'll find all the popular, 'insta-famous' snacks there. Getting to attractions, the metro, buses, or shared bikes is incredibly convenient. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I will definitely choose to stay at UrCove by Hyatt again. I highly, highly recommend it!"

"This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels."

"Great location, and the building has an underground parking garage, though the ramp is a bit steep. For such a prime, high-value area, the room space is utilized to its absolute maximum. The staff are very friendly. With the weather being so hot, we unlocked a new experience: we ordered takeout and, after speaking with the staff, ate in the hotel restaurant. We just made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. This made things much more convenient when traveling with elderly family members and children. If I had to mention one thing, I remember Atour used to offer free freshly ground coffee, didn't they? I don't seem to see it in the lobby anymore."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Bell Tower. It's super convenient for getting anywhere, and taxis are inexpensive. It's also right next to Exit B of Bell Tower Station on Metro Line 2 (though it seems this exit doesn't have an escalator, which is a minor drawback). The cleanliness is impeccable, and they even have snacks and fruit tea outside the laundry room. All the staff are lovely, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. Xi'an is a food paradise, and my carb cravings were totally satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an!"

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient, with thoughtful and attentive service. Our room was spotless and well-arranged, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply, and the toiletries were of good quality. The public areas were tidy and grand, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive, especially the small details. A special shout-out to the handwritten card in the family room for guests with children – it was a really heartwarming touch. The housekeeping staff even noticed we drank a lot of water and proactively left two extra bottles in our room with another handwritten note. These small details show how genuinely dedicated the staff are to their guests. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business stays. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."
