The hygiene is good. It was cleaned very well, and there were no strange smells. The only issue is that the room was a bit hot, and opening the window made it noisy. Can't have it all, I guess. I encountered a weird situation where the room next door was playing movies loudly past midnight, keeping me from sleeping, and then started playing music again at 7:10 AM! speechless! In such a quiet environment, the soundproofing felt a bit lacking 😑.
As for transportation, the hotel is a ten-minute walk from the subway station, and there's parking available right outside the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.

The location is great, very close to West Lake Cultural Plaza subway station, with lines 1 and 3 making it super convenient for getting around. It's also very near West Lake Cultural Plaza itself, and there are many cultural attractions nearby such as the Provincial Museum, Cultural Center, Science and Technology Museum, and Natural Museum, creating a rich cultural atmosphere. Plus, there's an Intime Department Store nearby, so the commercial vibe is also quite good. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and they are cleaned daily.

Traveling with my family, they insisted I leave a great review! First off, the service was excellent, very patient and attentive. It was hot outside, and they even brought us a few small fans. The room was a bit bigger than I expected, and the TV was huge. As soon as we walked in, it felt incredibly tidy and clean. Most importantly, the soundproofing was fantastic! Even though it faced the street, once the windows were closed, there was absolutely no noise. And don't even get me started on the mattress and pillows – they weren't those overly soft types; I fell asleep the moment I hit the bed. The location is also pretty good, only a few hundred meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for both subway and taxi travel. I'm not a bot, seriously, believe me! This is my first time writing a review, everyone! You must believe me!

I've stayed a few times at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the rooms are equipped with necessary stuff. This time, however, there was a very strong smell from the drainage in the bathroom, it stank the whole time even with the fan turned on.
Another unpleasant surprise was the breakfast - by the time I reached the dining room, there was no food, only one lady worked at the counter serving noodles, eggs and fruits with the constant queue waiting. The other lady barely had time to clean up the tables, occasionally refilling the empty food stall. The hotel apparently was well booked.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's less than a five-minute walk to West Lake Cultural Plaza Metro Station, and only three subway stops from Hangzhou East Station, which is very convenient. The room was clean and odor-free, the air conditioning worked great, and the toiletries and shampoo provided weren't cheap quality. Overall, it was a good stay. I'm very grateful they upgraded my room for free.

First off, I really felt it was super clean. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, and after wiping everything down with an alcohol wipe, there wasn't a single speck of dust. Even the bathroom drain was free of hair – really, really clean! Secondly, the soundproofing was pretty good too. The hotel lobby and the walk to the room both smelled lovely, which I found very pleasant and nice. The cleaning staff would ask in the morning if I wanted my room cleaned, and if not, they wouldn't disturb me again. Of course, you could also just hang the 'do not disturb' sign. The robot delivery service was also super convenient and cute! 😊 Lastly, the front desk even gave me a complimentary local pastry when I checked in, which was delicious! I loved it so much! I'm 100% not a shill, shills don't get rich! 🥰

We chose this place because of its location, which is super convenient for families with kids. It's right across the street from the Zhejiang Science and Technology Museum and the Natural History Museum. There's even a small 24-hour museum that my child insisted on visiting after their bath before going to bed. The bus stop downstairs has route 26, which goes straight to the Children's Palace, right by West Lake. You can also cross a bridge to get to the water bus and canal/Qiantang River cruise terminals. The subway is also close by, making transportation incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and very satisfying. Our room was cozy and comfortable. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the pillow selection, perhaps adding memory foam pillows. The hotel isn't super close to attractions, but taxis are readily available right outside the entrance, making it very convenient. Plus, there's a huge variety of takeout options from the surrounding in77 mall – you'll be spoiled for choice!

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular.
The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite.
The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent.
Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is located only 3 bus stop away from Xihu (西湖）West lake，very good location not far from shopping street as well.
Cozy lobby with very friendly receptionist who even guide us to set up Alipay and how use Alipay to pay for the bus fare to West lake. Our room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The overall stay is a happy and welcoming. We will definitely recommend our family and friends to book this hotel if they are travelling to Hangzhou.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved.
The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore.
The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition.
Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day.
Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit.
Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest.
Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority.
Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small.
Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable.
The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests
I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those.
Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

GGuest UserIt was 32 degrees Celsius, and as soon as I entered the room, the AC was blasting, and a faint, pleasant scent instantly made me feel at ease. The room size was perfect for one person. The balcony offered an unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake, which was fantastic. The room also had a screen door and a sofa. If it was too hot on the balcony, I could just sit on the sofa and enjoy the lake view – very thoughtful design! The body lotion smelled lovely. The only minor issue was that the duvet felt a bit damp, but that's common for rooms by the lake in this kind of weather. Still, it was clean; my skin is very sensitive, and unclean bedding usually makes me itchy, but I had no issues here. Breakfast was extensive, and eating while looking at the lake was wonderful. I'd definitely come back given the chance! The service was also excellent.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful.
It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station.
I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

It's within walking distance of the West Lake In77 area, making it super easy to explore shops, scenic spots, and delicious food – there's so much to see and do, you won't even be able to cover it all! We arrived at 11 AM, just hoping to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, we were able to check in immediately, and even got a room upgrade. The panoramic West Lake terrace on the tenth floor was an unexpected delight! The breakfast spread was ample and tasty too. As for downsides, there weren't quite enough power outlets, so I'd recommend bringing an extension cord, haha. Also, the sink drains a bit slowly! But honestly, these are minor issues; we'll definitely choose Xinqiao again on our next visit!

After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.
