"I had a particularly satisfying stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for dining out and getting around. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no odors, and the bedding was soft and clean. The soundproofing was fantastic; I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all at night. All the facilities were complete and working well, the air conditioning was quiet, and toiletries were fully stocked. The cleaning staff were thorough, and any requests were promptly handled. It's really great value for money, my top choice for business trips or vacations, and I've already recommended it to friends!"
"The overall atmosphere of the store is very good, the house is cleaned meticulously, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is online, Xiaoji service is friendly, the surrounding traffic is in all directions, and the stay experience is very good."
"The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient. It's close to Saige (SEG Plaza) and offers easy access to shopping and dining options. Plus, it's very near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda."
"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Daxingshan Temple and convenient for getting around. The room is spacious, clean, and has good soundproofing. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, are super helpful and enthusiastically recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. There are also many promotions available now, making it a great value. Highly recommend staying here!"
"Excellent location, right next to the subway and a shopping mall, making travel and shopping super convenient. The hotel has a warm and comfortable atmosphere, and there's even a robot that delivers items to rooms. The facilities are comprehensive, with smart room controls and high hygiene standards. The service is attentive and courteous; the staff are all smiles and enthusiastic, and even proactively recommended local attractions."
"The hotel is on the 27th floor of the China World Trade Center, not far from Xiaozhai subway station. Waiting for the elevator during peak hours requires patience.
The water temperature in the shower seemed inconsistent, but everything else was fine.
Across the street from the overpass is the SEG Shopping Center, which is packed with people, complete with plants and animals. We went there around 2 PM and had to wait in line for about 30 minutes at several restaurants, which gives you an idea of how crowded it is.
The location is great; it's within walking distance of the Shaanxi History Museum, and not far from the Tang Paradise and the Tang Paradise, making it quite convenient.
Late check-out is available, which is a significant convenience for tourists like us."
"Traveling with kids this time, we specifically chose a family room, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The space was very generous, giving the children plenty of room to play. The most pleasant surprise was the bed rail – it was of excellent quality and perfectly installed, allowing us to finally get a good night's sleep without worrying about our child rolling around. After a tiring day of exploring, coming back to a hot bath in the large tub instantly melted away our fatigue. The water temperature was stable, and the toiletries provided were also of good quality. The service was also top-notch; the front desk even gave our child a small gift. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and they had special cutlery for kids. We definitely made the right choice this time; we'll stay here again on our next visit!"
"The location is excellent, very close to Xiaozhai subway station, and within walking distance to the Shaanxi History Museum and Daxingshan Temple. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are new and complete. Plus, you can experience Hanfu for free. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the free laundry and luggage storage are very convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby, making it great value for money and a top choice for travel.
Hanfu experience 24 hours: It was really good, truly free of charge. It doesn't include makeup, but you can bring your own cosmetics. The experience was very enjoyable."
"The hotel was very clean, and we were both pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. We stayed for three nights, and after being out and about all day, we'd come back to find fresh towels, bottled water, toothbrushes, and face towels. They even took out the trash for us. The TV screen mirroring worked perfectly, and the 24-hour front desk staff were excellent – very patient and accommodating. The only downsides were the slightly poor soundproofing and the not-so-great view from the window. However, for the price, it was an absolute steal, and getting around was incredibly convenient. Overall, it far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it!"
"The room was spacious and bright, the service was attentive and warm, and it was convenient for getting around. It's in a bustling area with easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. Free parking is a plus, and it's close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City, and Datang Furong Garden."

HHarry LarkThis is a wee gem of a hotel. Close to the old part of town and close to restaurants and bars, well a very short ten minute flat walk. The wonderful thing about this hotel was my room on the sixth floor was absolutely quiet which is a rare thing for a hotel room these days. The room very modern, big TV, toiletries and even free laundry ,8 pieces a day not included is underwater and socks. Breakfast is adequate with fresh fruits, cereal yoghurt and a large range of Asian dishes. You won't go hungry. The gym is very small, two treadmills take up most of the room so only enough space for one to do weights but I managed and even has cable machine and free weights up to 20 kgs. The hotel provides a free bus to and from the amazing terracotta warriors and also to the airport. Amazing value ,you won't be disappointed. English is limited but one star was Anna who spoke English and was so helpful.I also dealt with Shu when I checked in and she was delightful and professional. Great valued wee gym in an amazing part of China. I took advantage of the bus to the warriors but got a Didi taxi back to the hotel for around $13USD. If you are outside of China make sure you set up your Ali pay, link your credit card, get the metro. Ard if you intend to use it on the app. Google doesn't work or any google related apps unless you are on a e sim. I got a local number and sim as all wifi require a china +86 number. One last thing to walk the walls amazing but 14klm. If you are over 65 they won't rent you a bicycle ☹️☹️☹️
GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely divine! If you're coming to Xi'an, I'd even say it's a must-visit in itself. First off, it's right by the Huaqing Palace, with a private entrance for free and unlimited access. Every room also has its own hot spring pool. They include complimentary tickets for two to Baoji Pool. The complimentary travel photoshoot is super popular; we couldn't book it when we arrived, so definitely reserve in advance.
The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. For a room costing just over 1000, it felt like an absolute steal. The service is miles better than a certain hotel in West Lake where I paid over 3000 before.
In the evening, they even have staff escort you to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, with a hotel-exclusive通道 (access), so no need to queue up early. At this time of year, the first show at 8 PM is already completely dark, allowing you to fully experience the lighting effects.
The complimentary sweet soup in the evening was delicious too.
Honestly, with all these value-added services, it felt like the room itself was free, haha.
Also, the hotel restaurant is genuinely delicious! I usually don't like eating at hotel restaurants, but the food here is really good and highly recommended!
GGuest UserThis time, I stayed at the Atour Hotel Datang Everbright City during my trip to Xi'an. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions, yet it's not right next to the scenic area, so it's very quiet and the environment is lovely. What's especially noteworthy is the hotel's dedicated shuttle service. It's a 7-seater commercial van that offers free pick-up and drop-off to and from the Datang Everbright City scenic area and the Datang Everbright City subway station, which is fantastic.
The hotel room environment is also great, very clean, and comfortable to stay in. The only drawback is that the bay window lacks a screen or security bars, which feels quite dangerous, so I had to repeatedly tell my child to stay away from the window.
The reception (front desk) is on the second floor, as are breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes delicious. Bottled water is available on demand, and the service is also very good.
OOliviaviaviaThe hotel boasts convenient transportation, allowing you to easily visit the Bell Tower on foot. The overall decor features an elegant Wabi-sabi style, with clean and refined rooms, and rich soft furnishing details. The thoughtful butler service was responsive throughout our stay. Breakfast hours are flexible, so you can sleep in and still make it. The 17th-floor infinity pool creates a fantastic atmosphere, but I especially recommend checking out the 17th-floor bar and Bell Tower viewing area at night. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is gentle and attentive, making a stay in Xi'an here very reassuring and comfortable. It's even great for a staycation! I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

GGuest UserThis family room offers excellent value for money. The location is superb, right between Nan Shao Men Station and Yong Ning Men Station on Line 2, and close to the South Gate entrance of Xi'an City Wall. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers and reaching any attraction. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and it's close to major shopping malls. The cleaning staff came daily to tidy up, change trash bags, and restock water. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues that came up during our stay.
YYueji&yuejiI highly recommend the Xi'an Bell Tower Original Tuo Hotel! My stay far exceeded expectations. The room hygiene was meticulously done, even the corners were spotless, and the overall feel was clean and refreshing. The room was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly cooked noodles and local specialty snacks, all of which tasted great. The staff were gentle and polite, and check-in was efficient. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, close to the City Wall and Yizhou Mall, making sightseeing and dining very convenient. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is a great practical perk. It's perfect for both independent travelers and short trips; every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. I genuinely recommend it!

MM423333****Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with bus and subway stations right at its doorstep. The Bell Tower and Muslim Street are within walking distance, and popular attractions are just a few subway stops away. The hotel staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room to a very spacious one, which was clean and odor-free. They even provided charging cables by the bedside. Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel also offered afternoon tea and a late-night bowl of noodles. This trip to Xi'an was truly enjoyable!

GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority.
The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level.
This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

GGuest UserThe homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.
