"The hotel's location is excellent, just 3 subway stops from Shanghai South Railway Station. It's only a few minutes' walk from Exit 10 of Xujiahui Station on Metro Line 1, making transportation very convenient. Across the street is Xujiahui Park, which is full of lush trees. There are also many large shopping malls nearby. Hotel breakfast is served until 12 PM."

"The room was just okay, pretty similar to a Ji Hotel. But that's not the main point. The main issue happened the night before when I checked in. It was raining outside, and I asked a male staff member to help me load my luggage from my car at the roadside using a luggage cart. While he was loading it, the cart slowly slid due to the slope outside the lobby entrance and almost hit my car. Afterward, I felt the male front desk staff's attitude during check-in wasn't very good; it just felt off. I'm giving this one star for the female staff member who later helped deliver the luggage cart; her attitude was noticeably much better. It's strange why a male staff member couldn't do this job and why his attitude was so cold. My car almost got hit, and I didn't even ask for compensation, just kindly reminded him that next time he should be careful with the luggage cart on that slope. Overall, the experience was just average. The attached photo is my backpack, which fell directly into the water after the luggage cart tipped over that day. The male staff member didn't even apologize. It was the female staff member who helped wipe it, but it's still dirty even after a few days."

"This hotel's location is excellent. Right across the sky bridge is Xujiahui Park, and there are many dining options on Wanping South Road. It seems to be an annex of East Money, imbued with a sense of prosperity. The room decor is natural and cozy, and it's kept very clean. The zero-pressure mattress is incredibly comfortable, which is a major highlight of this hotel. The laundry room on B2 is a fantastic amenity for a business hotel!"

"Room Hygiene: Good Environment: Convenient Service: Enthusiastic Facilities: Relatively new, the shower has great water pressure and stable temperature, very comfortable. The room's air conditioning is noiseless and effective. There's also a window with a screen, so you can open it anytime for ventilation, and it provides good natural light."

"The room was fully equipped, and all facilities were running smoothly, making for a pleasant stay. Housekeeper Lily provided attentive and thoughtful service, calling in advance to inform us about meal times and offering information about the hotel and its surroundings, which significantly enhanced our experience. The hotel environment was quiet and serene, and the air was refreshing. The cleanliness was excellent, with a dry and puddle-free bathroom. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Opposite the hotel, there's Fuchun Xiaolong, and about 600 meters away is Xinlicha Restaurant, both worth trying!"

"Stepping into the hotel lobby immediately impressed me! The decor is simple yet elegant, with soft lighting, and the whole place feels clean and refreshing, giving off a very reassuring vibe. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; the check-in process was smooth from start to finish. "I focused on taking pictures of the food. The breakfast was quite rich, and they also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack when we checked in. We weren't expecting much from the hotel, so this level of service made us very satisfied. The toiletries were great: a Dyson hairdryer and Natura Bissé products. All very pleasing, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well done. However, my room's bathroom didn't have a sliding door, so it felt a bit cold when I stepped out of the shower cubicle. At first glance, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but a closer look revealed areas that could be improved. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile whenever we passed them in the hallway. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit."

"This is a 10-year-old hotel, and I was surprised to find that the facilities are still very well-maintained and feel quite new. The room was clean and tidy. The service was excellent; they called me the day before to confirm my check-in time, and someone helped me with my luggage when I got out of the car. Staff members greeted me whenever I saw them. The swimming pool here is very new, likely an addition, and I went to check it out, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to swim. My friend and I came here for a concert of Times Youngsters (Teens in Times) and this hotel is quite close to Shanghai Stadium, just two subway stops away, which was very convenient. However, the overall decor style does show its age a bit, especially the hairdryer. It's the old wall-mounted type, and if you have long hair, you can't dry it in one go. You have to take a break in between because the hose gets too hot if you use it for too long."

"The hotel is quite new overall, and the facilities are decent. There's only one elevator, so you might have to wait a bit. The location is very close to Xujiahui Metro Station Exit 2 (though it's the furthest exit and has no elevator, so be aware). It's also not far from Metro City and Grand Gateway. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby; I was pleasantly surprised to find popular spots like Tieshou, Hushui Coffee Lab, and Zui Shifu all within a 10-minute walk. Overall, it offers great value for money."
