"The hotel is well maintained or perhaps renovated in recent times. Check in was a breeze. Tram station is within minutes of walk from hotel that connects to subway station leading to most attractions. Breakfast spread was good too. There are mini marts , supermarkets as well as some relatively decent food all within minutes walk from hotel. I was given a room on the second floor..room size is spacious and bedlinen are clean, and interior looks new and well maintained. There's a mini fridge. Some little noise from the streets can be heard in room occasionally at night since there are restaurant and bistro just besides and opposite the hotel. But it's really minimal and it didn't bother me too much especially if the windows are all shut. I like they have a little patio on the ground floor, where you can have a coffee or smoke (just in case you need to). Overall is a pleasant stay and is a hotel that I would recommend others. Oh..I was lucky that I catch a free airport transfer to the hotel (some arrangement that is not always available all year round)"
"The air conditioning is new, and there's a safe in the room with a key, but you need to pay a deposit at the front desk to get it. You can also rent an electric kettle by paying a deposit. Deposits can be paid by card. Hot water in the shower is continuous. Breakfast is free and includes fruit. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the bus station, train station, and attractions."
"If you're traveling solo, this place is great. The room was decent, and the bed was a perfect single size. I stayed in the 8-bed female dorm, and it was clean and good. The shared bathroom got a bit busy since multiple people used it, but despite that, it was affordable and good. It's close to the Old Town, so I could easily walk around, and the National Museum was just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, there are two train stations nearby, which made getting around super convenient."
"The Pure White Hotel completely blew me away. The minimalist, high-design aesthetic is stunning, beautifully contrasting a historic building with an ultra-modern, spotless interior.
The Room: Bright, stylish, and featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed.
Location: Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, but just a quick walk or tram ride from the bustling Old Town
.
Service: The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided fantastic local recommendations.
It is an absolute gem that offers luxury and style without the hefty price tag. I will definitely be staying here again!"
"My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room with a king bed for two nights in early July as a weekend getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options each morning. Public transportation was conveniently located within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get around. The luggage storage service was also very helpful and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!"
"I really like the location of this hotel. It's not noisy at night and very convenient for walking to attractions, which saves money on transportation. It's also close to McDonald's, so you can grab a late-night snack. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff are very friendly."
"Обслуживание в отеле на хорошем уровне. Состояние номера в котором мы с женой проживали желает не в очень хорошем состоянии(был не рабочий замок на сейфе, недостаточное количество электрических розеток в комнате, окна в номере не открываются вообще, в номере не убирают каждый день,HDMI выходы на телевизоре не работали(не смог подключить свой компьютер). В отношении еды в ресторане нареканий нет(был шведский стол),завтраки. Завтраки были вкусные и сытные."
"The hotel room
Pro:
- Location is good, u can go visit the main spot by walk ( not that close, walk by 20 mins to access to main spot) (but may come back by tram)
- can check in early
- Room is enough space
Cons
- The hotel lobby feel so dirty, the sofa like didn’t wash in decades
- the duvet is really just a blanket, very very short and thin, feel so cold during sleep (u need extra paid for air-con by the way)
- the bed sheet is like used for decades again, it’s very rough and uncomfortable
- no 24 hours reception service, Caz there is no people in 430 am.
Overall is ok"
"Good location, good price, room is quite big, the waiter at the front desk is very good, take 22 roads 10 minutes from the old town square, you can also walk. When I came to Prague, I found that the attractions can basically be reached by walking."

Amazing
GGuest UserExcellent location if you're going to a concert at the O2 Arena, which is right across from the hotel. A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, and a breakfast with a wide selection. I recommend it 100%, and we'd love to come back. It must be even better in the summer since the the hotel is shaped like a coliseum and has a beautiful garden terrace inside.
GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very well located, just turn a corner and you will reach the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock. Just downstairs you will have shops open late for food, souvenirs etc. If getting a car to drop you off, it is a few minutes walk down the road to a zebra crossing. Upon check in, we were delighted and surprised to find the hotel had left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate almonds as we told them we just got married and were on our honeymoon. Hotel staff was pretty friendly and they kindly let us store our luggage at no additional cost before our bus when we checked out. The breakfast was okay but we felt it was a little overpriced. There is a bar attached to the hotel called Fat Cat but the food and drinks were quite expensive so we never dined there. The room itself was a bit dark but satisfactory. Beware of the wooden beams if you are tall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
ZZhuyuxixiThe hotel has a good location and a good surrounding environment. It is very quiet and close to the tram station. It is only more than ten minutes' walk from a bus station in Prague. The room is large and the facilities are also very good. There is a kettle. The service attitude of the brother and sister at the front desk is very good. They always help me solve my problems in a timely and excellent manner. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich, with many varieties and good taste. If I go to Prague in the future, I will choose Pet Hotel again. It is really worth recommending!
JJavier F. EspositoVery good location, The rooms that give the counter are quite uncomfortable given the constant noise of air extractors that are lit every time during the 24 h making night rest a difficult task for more than the windows with Double isolation this closed noise is more than annoying, we asked for a change of room and we passed to another that gives the front that inside everything had the noise of the street but night was acceptable, What we couldn't bear and we had to use deodorants is the very strong and unpleasant smell that was in the room.
MmedullaThe facilities at this hotel are quite basic. The hallways have a school-like decor. There's no refrigerator, but there is air conditioning and a hairdryer. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to the bus stop. If you have large luggage, you'll need to watch out for the cobblestone paths on both sides of the road to avoid difficult dragging.
HhzcsjFacilities: A small apartment with all the amenities. The microwave was a plus, perfect for a solo trip. Full marks!
Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. Full marks!
Location: Right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk to the train station, with metro and tram stops nearby. Full marks!
Service: Self check-in, no direct service. You can navigate everything in German (or use your phone for real-time English translation).
JJiuyuezhaoxiangguanVery satisfied with the room, facilities are new and complete. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the breakfast was excellent, especially the soft and fragrant croissants. We were supposed to get two breakfasts for two nights, but the front desk told us we had four, which we really appreciated! 😊
GGuest UserThis hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on.
The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment.
The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet!
Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers.
WIFI was just about adequate.
Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.
だだいみょんThe staff were incredibly welcoming, and I felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a beautiful view from the window. Breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, making my stay truly satisfying and enjoyable.
