"I really like the location of this hotel. It's not noisy at night and very convenient for walking to attractions, which saves money on transportation. It's also close to McDonald's, so you can grab a late-night snack. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff are very friendly."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the C red metro line. However, the hotel is very old with a Baroque architectural style; the rooms and furniture are dated. The bed is comfortable, but the floors are carpeted and dirty. If you have allergies like me, it's absolutely not suitable. I didn't see this detail in the reviews when I made my reservation. The bathroom doesn't have a shower cabin; there's a very high and old bathtub, and the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. It's very difficult to shower, and if you have any orthopedic issues, it's definitely not for you. The hotel reception staff are friendly. My reservation was without breakfast, and in terms of price-performance, it's an expensive hotel."

"I was going to give this a 10/10, I genuinely was. Extremely worth it, location was convenient, and had everything I need (more, actually, because I ended up with three beds despite being a solo traveller). Even when I say poor, the cleanliness wasn't that bad. I moved a chair and when the leg grazed the bed it left a huge dirt mark, but that would still have been acceptable. What got to me was that on the night before check out, I found suspicious stains on one of the bed runners that looked like blood. At that point I figured there was no point in reporting it, but honestly even while knowing the runners don't really get washed this isn't just dirty, it's potentially a biohazard. As I said, everything else was great, but this really sunk the entire thing for me."

"Very good hotel booked in reasonable price. Location is very convenient, close to the metro station that allows to reach it smoothly from train and bus stations or airport and of course from main attractions. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good - buffet with different options so everyone should find something that fots him. For me the only disadvantage is the size of restaurant - on Saturday at 9 AM it was very crowded and there were troubles with finding a free table. The rooms are also good, everything is clean, beds are convenient, there is kettler amd bathroom gels. I really admire TV with YouTube access. Things that can be improved is adding toothbrush and coffee bags (there were tea, sugar and milk). I would admire more plugs because almost all were taken by lights but there wasn't necessary to use them all. All in all, if you look a good hotel close to the city center, it's a good choice if price is around 100€."

"If you're traveling solo, this place is great. The room was decent, and the bed was a perfect single size. I stayed in the 8-bed female dorm, and it was clean and good. The shared bathroom got a bit busy since multiple people used it, but despite that, it was affordable and good. It's close to the Old Town, so I could easily walk around, and the National Museum was just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, there are two train stations nearby, which made getting around super convenient."

"The room was lovely, comfortable, and absolutely spotless. The communication before, during, and after our stay was a little challenging, though. When we arrived we were told we should have checked in online already, but had never received a link. Likewise, we were told that we would be texted when our room was ready, but never were. The next day (our second morning), we were texted a sort of aggressive note about ordering breakfast, which we had not paid for. When I said that, they were gracious, but told us it was a system error. I think the staff are generally invested in providing a good stay, but the kinks still need to be worked out of their systems. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable room and don’t mind bare minimum customer service, this is a great place for you."

"Super value for money hotel! Enormous room, pretty good service (except some staff members gave us a low season breakfast promo every day for €6 and another guy said no that's only for when you check in....hmmmmm). Having said that, the breakfast was a fantastic spread and worth the money. The location is great too and easy to get to the main tourist areas. Recommend Deminka restaurant for Czech food, but even better is Hajnovka which is about 7 mins walk away."

"This was the best hotel of my entire Europe trip! The facilities were top-notch, super clean, and tastefully designed. I loved how well the space was utilized and the thoughtful details in the room. The service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was great. I genuinely enjoyed my stay! The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transport and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend! I rarely write reviews, but this hotel really gave me some hope for good value accommodations in Europe."
