There is a subway station at the door and a bus stop at the corner. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the central train station and Brandenburg Gate. The location is convenient and the soundproofing is good. It is not noisy even if you live on the third floor facing the street. There is a good German restaurant nearby.

I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 4. Its location is excellent—right in the heart of Alexanderplatz, surrounded by public transport, plenty of food options, grocery stores, and nearby sights. However, through no fault of the hotel, it sits very close to a church whose bells ring extremely loudly at 8 a.m. every morning. Even with earplugs, I was woken up daily. The front desk staff were friendly, check‑in was easy, and I really appreciated the keyless entry system using door codes—one less thing to worry about misplacing. The room itself is a smart use of space for a short stay or for travellers who mainly need a place to rest rather than spend long periods inside. I liked the bunk bed for one child above the main bed, and the convenient light switches by the beds. The pillows, however, were a real disappointment—completely lacking firmness. My travel partner didn’t use theirs at all, saying, “It’s no use pretending it’s doing anything.” I’d recommend requesting extra pillows unless you prefer sleeping very flat. One thing I wasn’t aware of beforehand is that the shower is not enclosed behind a bathroom door. If you’re sharing with people you’re not fully comfortable with, this could be an issue. You may need to coordinate shower times so others can step out. The toilet, at least, is in its own separate space. The shower has a combined hair/body wash, but there’s no complimentary body lotion or tissues. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, and there’s no complimentary coffee available. I would stay here again if it weren’t for the church bells. If you’re a deep sleeper, it may not bother you, but light sleepers should be aware.

The traffic is very convenient, the train station is quarantined, the waiter is good, the city is suitable for backpackers business guests. The price does not need 1,000 Hong Kong dollars, it is a good travel choice.

The best hotel in Europe for this trip The overall facilities are relatively new, clean and the room is relatively large! The lobby manager at night was very friendly, like we were his family!

Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the apples provided for breakfast were rotten, seriously rotten, which is not something I expect from a hotel of the standard. More seriously, on the morning of July 10th at around 9:00 AM, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed on my door, a member of cleaning staff entered my room without knocking. At that time, I was in the middle of an important online meeting and giving a presentation, and this intrusion was extremely disruptive and unprofessional. I visit Berlin often and have stayed at many hotels, but I have never encountered such issues elsewhere in the city.

Location of hotel is excellent for visiting Berlin attractions as the U Bahn is outside the hotel. The hotel itself is friendly, clean, lots of amenities & free water/tea/coffee/fruits/pretzels & cookies available from the rooftop lounge. The shower deserves a special mention as it is big & very powerful. The rooms are ample with a large comfortable bed. The sauna and fitness space was a great addition to the hotel and made the stay very relaxing.

Great hotel to explore Berlin. Close to Alexanderplatz trainstation. The hotel has a luggage room to use if arriving or leaving late, for a small charge. We used this on arrival and departure 👍. The rooms were of a good size and the beds were very comfortable, with the showers having plenty of pressure and hot water. We had breakfast every morning. This was plentiful and varied. Overall I would recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

It's a very grand hotel at the entrance. It's a two-minute walk next to the subway station. The location is relatively convenient. The hotel rooms are quite large and well-equipped. The price is not particularly expensive, it is recommended to stay here
