"Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning."

The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. The selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, delicious coffee, and something for every taste. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, outstanding service, and a perfect location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dresden."

"The room has a good size, bed very pleasant, bathroom unfortunately only with bathtub. For this there is a coffee machine and a water cooker . All very ordinary, room cleaning only on order, staff very friendly and helpful 🤗 Breakfast is very diverse, a large selection of bread/broad, warm and cold food and very important good coffee."

"The hotel fully met our expectations! The location is excellent – ​​just a few minutes from the old town and the pedestrian zone, and many sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, providing a perfect start to the day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable; we immediately felt at home. The parking garage was also a huge plus and very convenient. All in all, a successful stay; we highly recommend the hotel!"

"This hotel is superb! It's incredibly central to all the sights and right on the shopping street, which my wife absolutely loved. There are good parking options around the hotel, and plenty of dining choices nearby. We stayed on the 10th floor; the room was super clean, not noisy at all, and offered a beautiful view all the way to the Frauenkirche. The breakfast was very diverse, with nothing missing. Unfortunately, the gym and sauna area weren't yet available, but the hotel has a partnership with Fitness First next door, so you could go there. All the staff were very friendly. I recommend the bubble tea shop downstairs to the right as you exit. We'd happily come back. Very culture-friendly, we felt incredibly comfortable."

"The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. However, the toilet was a bit on the smaller side, which might be slightly inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it’s a great choice for its location and cleanliness."

"The room is nice and tidy, but when I stayed for 2 nights, I can't clean the room and refill the towel. If you want, you have to pay 10 euros towels and 1 euros to clean."

"It's an ok hotel in a good position, right in the city centre. Im not sure how it would be classified as 4 stars though. It was very hot and the air-conditioning wasn't really working properly, being in the middle of the city it was too loud to open the windows. The bathroom toilet area is frosted glass so no privacy, be mindful if booking with anyone other than a partner. The staff were nice, parking was expensive."

"The hotel is connected to a very luxurious hotel near light. At the arrival I was supposed to check in because the hotel was unmanned that afternoon. All facilities are in the other hotel. The hotel was very good. A great bed and beautiful bathroom. As a base to the centre of Dresden very suitable. after 5 minutes walking over a bridge you stand your heart center! Parking is possible on the street or in a underground garage under the corresponding hotel. The breakfast was very wide and of high quality, very rarely seen so many good things together, unfortunately I had not reserved for dinner the evening before. A friendly barman took me and could eat in the bar / lounge. Very good with excellent local wines."
