This is my first time staying at a self-service hotel. The experience was very good. The dishes are in the cabinet above, enough for three people. The sponge and detergent for washing dishes are on the edge of the pool. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom was bright and clean, Germany was dry, the towels in the bathroom were there, and they were dry at night. The hotel is located in the city center and the traffic at the door is very convenient. We took the bus to William Highland Park. When we proposed that at least he should help us contact a hotel with hot water so that everyone could take a shower and come back, he agreed. The subsequent handling should be praised for the thin bearded man. He contacted another hotel and arranged six taxis. All the group members took taxis to the hotel to take a shower, and then took taxis back. It was spectacular. In this incident, we also have to praise the Ctrip platform customer service. They have been tracking the handling of the incident, kept contacting us, and finally asked the hotel to arrange two free meals for the team. This made everyone see the positive attitude of the platform. It deserves praise for this.
