"The hotel is well-designed, distinctive and convenient. You can walk to the main street by shopping. There are supermarkets, churches, schools, and bars around. Inadequacy: Disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers) are not provided. No breakfast (can go to the restaurant or supermarket on the side) The bathroom and bathroom are glass doors, do not pass through the roof (and the roof is empty), noisy when used, especially affecting another person to sleep at night, the water pipe is very loud, and the smell is mixed in the bedroom when going to the toilet."

"Take A1 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel directly, the location is first-class, from the city center and the main church are within ten to fifteen minutes of the trip, five minutes to the olive market, you can have a big meal, the room is newer, there is an elevator and air conditioning, but the front desk is only at 7 am. Go to work, In the early flight checkout, you can put a door key directly in the room, there is boiled dumplings, other personal items should be brought by yourself, the facilities are new and clean, there is a 24-hour supermarket near the station, cost-effective, recommended"

"Very centrally located in a quiet street in the old town. This is a boutique hotel in an old building that has been beautifully renovated, but expect small rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good (even though it was a buffet). There are some really nice girls working there who smiled a lot. There’s a lovely, small pool (it’s more a tub) on the roof with great views of the city. "

"Very disappointing experience regarding customer service and flexibility. My wife became acutely ill with severe back problems after we had booked the stay, and she is now on sick leave and will most likely need surgery. We contacted the hotel and explained the medical situation, asking if it was possible to cancel the booking as an exception. The airline and another hotel we had booked with both showed understanding and refunded us due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, Hotel Antigua Palma - Casa Noble refused any refund or flexibility at all. I understand cancellation policies exist, but when dealing with documented medical emergencies, some level of compassion and customer care should be expected. This was extremely disappointing and honestly left a very negative impression of the hotel.”"

"The hotel’s overall design is very beautiful and the environment is spotless. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. I stayed in a single room, which was surprisingly spacious and excellent! Breakfast was decent, with at least some hot food available. The rooftop pool is quite small with limited seating, which is a bit of a pity. The location is about a 12–15 minute walk to the city center. Soundproofing in the rooms isn’t great, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, a very satisfying stay!"

"A perfect 10-stay! The hotel is beautiful, centrally located on a lovely shopping avenue. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the room is super comfortable with all the little touches to make you feel at home. We really appreciated the complimentary in-room coffee service and the daily replenished water bottles. The location is perfect, being very close to the historic center, which is just a pleasant stroll away. We'll definitely be back!"

"We were a week in Palma. The location as well as the room service were excellent. However, what did not fit very well was the equipment with houses, bath coats for the sauna and small tools. We asked it more often, but constantly asked it was unpleasant. Our small table was not really clean – there we would have expected something more. Despite all, it was a nice time."

"Really nice design hotel, good location, spa is nice, staff are helpful as we requested a queen size bed online but they given us a 2 single bed, they changed it back to us.  The front desk wall picture is a bit uncomfortable and it’s like they are staring at you 😅Shower room water is keep leaking out, the bed and pillows are a bit soft, other than that, overall are ok."

"Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma."

"Great location, especially on a very hot day! The room was clean with excellent AC, and the staff were super friendly. They even messaged me for an early check-in as soon as the room was ready. Wonderful experience!"
