"A beautiful hotel with a truly excellent location and very friendly service staff. We were originally supposed to be three people, but only two of us came, so we kindly received a refund for breakfast. Unfortunately, on the very first day, I found a small maggot on my ham at the breakfast buffet. The gym is undergoing renovation, so it couldn't be used at all, which we found to be a real shame. The rooms are nice, although unfortunately without windows, and the air conditioning was broken, but we received a portable replacement. One day, our room was forgotten to be cleaned. My earplugs for the night were unfortunately thrown away, and when I asked for a replacement, I was told it would be taken care of, but I never received any. Also, when I asked for salt, nothing ever came. So, all in all, a good stay in a great area, and we would be very happy to come back."

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the metro, and there's not much to eat nearby, only a couple of pizza places and a McDonald's, plus two or three small supermarkets. It takes about an hour to get to the city center by metro, and the metro signals often experience delays. For a couple of days, there was even no metro service at all. There are no self-service laundromats nearby, which is very inconvenient for longer stays."

"I had a fantastic stay at StarNest Shepherd's Bush. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and very modern. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the tube station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. There was even a beautiful Japanese garden nearby, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended."

"I stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful—truly incredible. The service was excellent, and I was completely satisfied. It was exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. I had a quiet room where nobody disturbed me, so I was able to rest very well. The room was properly cleaned and hygiene was well maintained. Everything was neat and clean—the washroom, bedsheets, carpet, and even the room itself smelled fresh and pleasant. Overall, if anyone wants to explore London, Acton Travel Lodge is a very good place to stay. No matter how long you plan to stay, I would recommend choosing Acton."

"This hotel is ideal if you're attending a concert at the O2 Arena right next door, or for shopping at one of Europe's largest malls! Good breakfast, attentive and caring staff, and well-maintained facilities. It's a great deal for West London!"

"The hotel is located a bit down an alley, which surprised me at first as I thought it was on the main road. The room was spacious enough for two suitcases and the air conditioning was excellent. However, the bathroom was quite old with peeling floor tiles. Breakfast was very basic, but it was included in the room rate so I didn't pay extra. The location is excellent; it's easy to find food, there are many supermarkets, and very affordable restaurants. You can even buy food and eat it in the lobby. At first, the area might seem a bit intimidating due to the casinos and bars, but there's nothing dangerous. Overall, it's a great location at a good price."

"During a recent warm spell we booked this hotel so we'd be close to our daughter's halls of residence. The air conditioning in the hotel room was very poor. It would not cool the room down. We heard the entire hotel lacks adequate air conditioning. I would say unless this is resolved soon the hotel should stop mentioning the rooms have air conditioning. On the positive side we were offered a couple of electric fans for use in our room."

"I recently stayed at your hotel for three nights. Although the hotel itself was generally fine, the check-in process and communication from the reception team were extremely disappointing. I arrived at approximately 2:50 pm and was told that my room was not ready, despite the hotel’s website stating that check-in begins at 3:00 pm. A member of staff told me that housekeeping would prepare the room and that it should be available within ten minutes. However, I was left waiting at reception with my children for around 40 minutes. Later that evening, when I returned to the room to take a shower, I found that the shower drain was blocked. I repeatedly tried to contact reception using the telephone in the room, but no one answered, even after several attempts over approximately ten minutes. To make matters worse, I was charged £1.95 at check-out for trying to contact the hotel’s internal service after being unable to reach reception. I therefore had to go downstairs from the ninth floor to speak to a receptionist in person. A member of staff promised that the shower would be repaired the following day. I asked him to make a note of the issue because I would be busy the next day. However, he assured me that he would remember everything and that there was no need for me to remind the reception team. Overall, the poor communication, long wait at check-in and unresolved maintenance issue made my stay unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"If you're staying here, you'll find the price reasonable, under 10,000 baht per night, especially since it's in Zone 2. Most places further in are over 10,000 baht. The hotel is clean and the service is standard. We requested two connecting suites for our daughters, and they had a sofa that converted into a bed. The furniture might look a bit dated because the hotel is old, but many things are clean and new. I liked the new Nespresso capsule coffee machine with complimentary large capsules. The tea here is also good. The bathroom has a bathtub with good water pressure, and the shampoo and conditioner smell nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's a bit old and the mattress isn't very soft. But overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"The location of the Heeton Concept Hotel is excellent, is only a few moments from Hammersmith station and very easy to find. The staff were lovely and kind. The room was in need of a bit of TLC, as there were some peeling decals on the wall, stains on the carpet, and frayed towels. The AC unit also made some interesting noises that were not the most conducive to relaxed sleep. The hotel could have also been a bit quieter but that's par for the course I think."
