I had a lovely stay here. The property has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to unwind. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The location is also very convenient for airport access, while still feeling peaceful. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Booked the executive Jacuzzi. The service was superb. The staff was so attentive. The room was quite small to my expectations. A little sad part of my vacation was the jacuzzi system when i turn it on, the whole tub will smell like fart. Probably the unclean filter. Which is sad because i purposely book this for the private jacuzzi. Maybe need to do some maintainance. Oh side note, No iron provided.

very happy with the the hospitality of receptionist Yufa. The room very clean, and the plug points function well l. Hotel location is nearby to plaza m, walking distance. at night the street quiet. there is convenient store and apotek to go.

This hotel boasts a highly strategic location, situated just within walking distance of the lively Blok M area. One of its main advantages is the easy access to halal food. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of dining choices, ranging from numerous modern cafes to authentic local eateries. Furthermore, the presence of the Little Tokyo district adds a unique and vibrant appeal to the area. A Collector's Paradise for serious music collectors, Blok M is a vinyl, cd & cassette paradise. It is widely known as the best place to find and purchase a vast collection of records. Regarding the room, it is exceptionally spacious and well-lit with windows. The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a high-quality rest. Additional conveniences, such as a mini-fridge, are also provided. While the hotel may be somewhat aged, it is still highly recommended to anyone looking for comfortable and strategically located accommodation, especially music enthusiasts and vinyl collectors.

Room space was reasonable for the price and it was clean. Room was not soundproof. Since the hotel is located in the center of Blok M, you can clearly hear music from nearby cafe or karaoke places at night. Breakfast ended quite early. We went down at 8:15 am and the food was no longer being topped up. There weren’t many breakfast options either.

I wouldn't bother with the Deluxe Room. While we initially booked it thinking it'd be better because it's more spacious, the room was facing the main road and not soundproof at all. We had to request for a change because the noise jolted us awake at night and unfortunately, the only available room in the corridor was a downsize. :( While I wish we had been able to receive some form of compensation (it's half the price of the room we paid for), we were just glad they were able to accommodate the room switch at all. Second room had a door that linked to the room next door, which I don't think was accessible but seemed like a strange design choice for rooms that could be booked separately... It was also not soundproof, but much better than the other one. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and despite some quirks, the smaller room is more than adequate if you're mostly going out and about. Location is great if you're keen to check out the Blok M area, as it's a short walk to many café hubs.

I loved it! I attended the BLACKPINK concert alone, and this hotel was perfectly located—just a comfortable walk back from the venue. Following the crowd made it feel very safe. I highly recommend it for anyone going to the concert. The rooms are spacious, and the shower and toilet are separate and impeccably clean—really nice. I’ll definitely book here again if needed. They also offer free breakfast, and the front desk staff are very polite and friendly.

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

The hotel is very near to all the main attractions at Blok M. There's a mosque at the mall next to this hotel. In the morning there's a morning market in front of the mall. The room is ok with comfy bed and cold aircond. The breakfast is delicious not so many varieties but it does made my tummy happy. Unfortunately our room is next to this japan restaurant and there's a huge n long crowd. We can hear names being called until 10 pm since the window is not sound proof.

When I arrived.. I face a small problem with the room .. in few minutes, the duty manager, Ms Devian S. Coendraad, fix it, plus I got upgrade.8 I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights . Everyone from the hotel stuff gives you a welcome feeling. I wish I could stay more .. I'm sure I will return back. I appreciate being with friendly people, and I appreciate everyone from the hotel stuff, especially Ms Devian.
