Hotels near Chinatown (Glodok), West Jakarta

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Highly recommended. First, let's talk about the service. From the moment I walked in, through check-in, and all the way to room service, everyone was smiling and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. This definitely earned them extra points. Next, the location. It's connected to Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek, so you don't need to go anywhere else for dining, entertainment, and shopping – everything you need is right there. It's also only about a 30-minute drive to the airport. The room, while not huge, was definitely sufficient and spotlessly clean. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. I can confidently say that the breakfast here surpasses many five-star hotels costing upwards of 1500 (presumably IDR). This trip to Jakarta, I initially booked two nights at another well-known chain hotel, but I only stayed one night before giving up on it and switching to this hotel. The only minor drawback is that the hotel seems to cater heavily to business travelers, so it might not be as focused on families. The swimming pool is tucked away in a corner and there's no dedicated children's area, making it relatively small. However, all the other advantages definitely outweigh this small issue. I highly, highly recommend it!

The capsules are clean and modern, so are the toilets and showers, however the rest of facilities are a little old. The staff is kind, the location is the old town which is an interesting place to visit but I personally would have preferred to stay downtown, however you can take a bus or metro and get there in around 20 minutes. I was here for over a week so in the end it's a little bit uncomfortable to stay in such small place with all my stuff (one large and one small backpack) but for a few days or with less luggage it's okay. I'd have gotten the double one if I wasn't on a budget.

I stayed at the Hilton near the airport. We got a twin room with breakfast included for about 11,000 yen, which was incredibly cheap. Next door, there's a mall open until 10 PM with a supermarket, and I even got a massage there for about 1,000 yen an hour. Super satisfied! We went to see Monas, but you have to be prepared for heavy traffic to get to the tourist spots. At the hotel entrance, security checks luggage with a sensor. There's also a shallow pool. Getting to the airport was smooth; I called a Grab since the roads weren't congested. The location is great!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are enthusiastic. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained, so it didn't really bother us. The air conditioning is very cold, so I recommend bringing a jacket. It's a good place to stay for tourists, with a shopping mall downstairs and easy access to taxis. The price is also reasonable, around 280 RMB per night.

The room was spacious and bright, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety, combining Indonesian traditional options with Western choices. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.
