Had a pleasant stay with my family. The staffs are friendly, especially the security who always greet and helps me when i ask for directions or stuff. The lobby smells sooo good. The room smells nice, linens are clean, the water heater also works perfectly fine. Definitely will rebook this hotel whenever i come back to Indonesia.

The hotel's location is convenient, it's clean, the environment is good, and it feels safe and comfortable. Plus, no universal adapter is needed! Most importantly, all the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and warm-hearted.

Stayed here 4 nights and paid about 767 AED total, which is actually very good value for Jakarta. The main reason I chose this hotel was its direct connection to Mal Ciputra Jakarta, which turned out to be extremely convenient. 👍 What Was Good Staff effort The staff were genuinely helpful and polite. When problems happened with the room, they assisted with luggage and helped move me twice without much resistance. They also later tried to make up for the experience by offering an executive dinner at the lounge on the 17th floor, which I appreciated. Gym Surprisingly good for a hotel gym. It’s well equipped and spacious, easily one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Breakfast buffet Breakfast was solid with good variety. No complaints there. Location & mall access This is honestly 75% of the reason to book this hotel. Being directly connected to the mall is extremely convenient for food, shopping and avoiding Jakarta traffic. ⚠️ Where Things Went Wrong Room issues and multiple changes I had to change rooms twice. • First time was around 2 AM after arrival because the shower wasn’t working and the bathroom felt quite dilapidated. • The next morning I had to move again because the AC wouldn’t go below 23°C, which made the room uncomfortable. The third room they gave me was more modern and functional, although slightly smaller. At least the bathroom and AC worked properly. Food quality: This was probably the biggest disappointment. One evening in the lobby I ordered chicken spring rolls and whiskey, and unfortunately bit into a bone inside the spring roll, which was not a pleasant experience at all. The staff removed the dish from the bill and offered a fruit plate, but it still left a bad impression. The à la carte food was also underwhelming. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and fries for around 354,530 IDR, and the pizza honestly tasted like a frozen pizza that had been microwaved rather than freshly cooked. Room service was similarly average. 🚧 Facilities The swimming pool was under construction, so I didn’t get to try it. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say 3 to 3.5 stars. The location, gym, and staff effort were good, but the room issues and disappointing food quality brought the experience down. Would I stay again? Possibly for the location and mall access, but I would definitely skip ordering food at the hotel next time.

We stayed for a short transit from Penang to our hometown. The rooms were little bit small but still enjoyable. The location was strategic. Near hotel there were some restos in walking distance. The hotel has a swimming pool above the receptionist floor. The staffs were nice and helpful for our GoFood orders.

The hotel is in a good location though it is situated at the backlane of Gajah Mada. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly. A 3-minute walk to Gajah Mada Plaza.10 minutes walk Gajah Mada FoodcStreet and 30 minutes walk to Chinatown.

The environment is pretty good, probably one of the better hotels in the area, and the transportation is convenient too.

Very good location, it is near shopping malls nearby like 1-2 km only. Staffs are very nice and friendly too. Keep up the good work 👏👏

I stayed here for one night yesterday in room 319. The room itself was okay, but it felt like it had been empty for a long time or wasn't cleaned properly. First, there was a lot of dust, like household dust that hasn't been wiped away in ages. Second, the bedsheets were terrible – super itchy! I don't know if they were dirty or just hadn't been changed because the room was vacant for a while. Third, the drinking water in the room was the worst part – it smelled strongly of chlorine! Luckily, when I called to ask for a replacement, they brought new water quickly. But it made me hesitant to drink it, wondering why the drinking water had such a strong chlorine smell. Fourth, one of the towels had some dirty stains. On the positive side, the service was good, and breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. The location is also quite strategic.

It was the great hotel. Need to consider that it is the 2 star and provides service with an affordable price.

Very Strategic for families staying to visit Dharmais or Harapan Kita hospitals. Room cleanliness can be improved though
