GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to old town and china town. Location is convenient. Hotel is very clean, room is big and quiet. Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and smily. One suggestion will be if the front desk can keep more small change for Grab, that will be great. Most of the time they only have 50,000 notes. All in all, its a great hotel.

GGuest UserThe capsules are clean and modern, so are the toilets and showers, however the rest of facilities are a little old.
The staff is kind, the location is the old town which is an interesting place to visit but I personally would have preferred to stay downtown, however you can take a bus or metro and get there in around 20 minutes.
I was here for over a week so in the end it's a little bit uncomfortable to stay in such small place with all my stuff (one large and one small backpack) but for a few days or with less luggage it's okay. I'd have gotten the double one if I wasn't on a budget.

AAnonymous UserWas a lovely hotel to stay in. My room could’ve been a little cleaner just in the tiny details like corners of shelves and the bathroom screen. However they checked me in early, offer a free ice cream/ ice lolly on arrival and the rooms were lovely. Not sure about the transparent pool though! I felt very self conscious being directly above the lobby!

森森江The hotel is conveniently located about 20 mins from the airport. It has a fully air conditioned shopping mall downstairs which mark a very good point for the hot weather in Jakarta, especially if you wanna go for the massage
The hotel is also modern and new, and wide selection of breakfast. Hope that there will be metro or other light rail connecting to the area to improve the public transport accessibility
Overall the stay is excellent and the staff are very welcoming

The environment isn't ideal as I was woken up at night. Service is okay, but sometimes lacks attention to detail. Overall, it's just a run-of-the-mill review.

GGuest UserStayed here 4 nights and paid about 767 AED total, which is actually very good value for Jakarta. The main reason I chose this hotel was its direct connection to Mal Ciputra Jakarta, which turned out to be extremely convenient.
👍 What Was Good
Staff effort
The staff were genuinely helpful and polite. When problems happened with the room, they assisted with luggage and helped move me twice without much resistance. They also later tried to make up for the experience by offering an executive dinner at the lounge on the 17th floor, which I appreciated.
Gym
Surprisingly good for a hotel gym. It’s well equipped and spacious, easily one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen.
Breakfast buffet
Breakfast was solid with good variety. No complaints there.
Location & mall access
This is honestly 75% of the reason to book this hotel. Being directly connected to the mall is extremely convenient for food, shopping and avoiding Jakarta traffic.
⚠️ Where Things Went Wrong
Room issues and multiple changes
I had to change rooms twice.
• First time was around 2 AM after arrival because the shower wasn’t working and the bathroom felt quite dilapidated.
• The next morning I had to move again because the AC wouldn’t go below 23°C, which made the room uncomfortable.
The third room they gave me was more modern and functional, although slightly smaller. At least the bathroom and AC worked properly.
Food quality:
This was probably the biggest disappointment.
One evening in the lobby I ordered chicken spring rolls and whiskey, and unfortunately bit into a bone inside the spring roll, which was not a pleasant experience at all. The staff removed the dish from the bill and offered a fruit plate, but it still left a bad impression.
The à la carte food was also underwhelming. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and fries for around 354,530 IDR, and the pizza honestly tasted like a frozen pizza that had been microwaved rather than freshly cooked.
Room service was similarly average.

The swimming pool was under construction, so I didn’t get to try it.
Final Thoughts
Overall I’d say 3 to 3.5 stars.
The location, gym, and staff effort were good, but the room issues and disappointing food quality brought the experience down.
Would I stay again?
Possibly for the location and mall access, but I would definitely skip ordering food at the hotel next time.

GGuest UserWe were pleasantly surprised again and again with them. First the airport pickup, Mr Rahman Hakim was very helpful with our luggages and communicated with us about where to meet up. The check in process was smooth with friendly front desk staff. We loved the simple yet very functional luggage storage, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Hot shower with good water pressure and quality toiletries are provided. They also have a small but well equipped gym and swimming pool (which we didn’t have time to use). The buffet breakfast was quite a spread, consisting of fruits, breads, rice, noodles, cereals, etc. They also have a coffee machine for americano and espresso, and some local tea and “jamu” drinks. We must mention that the staff there were very helpful despite most of them not being able to converse in English. My wife saw the noodle soup counter being set up and asked how can we assemble our own bakso. The staff there couldn’t understand but smiled, and few minutes later served us a hot bowl of bakso, which looked and tasted better than if we assembled it ourselves! What this hotel provided has exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay there again.
Having said all that, there are some minor things which we think can be improved:
1. The spa. We enjoyed the massage very much, but we felt some information can be revised to avoid misunderstanding: There is a Body Scrub Massage package for 200,000, but after asking the staff they said it’s just scrub with some stretching, no massage included.
2. Cafeteria. The rice porridge and soup were cold. Probably the soup warmer wasn’t working or was not turned on

GGuest UserAlways stayed in Pullman Central Park because its near to my office and next to 2 big malls with a lot of food options. It has a unique layout though, shower area in the middle of the room. Generally Pullman's service and cleanliness are good

SSharon PSThe hotel front desk requested 100,000rp as deposit upon check-in. A receipt was given and we have to keep it to get back our deposit upon check out. However, in Trip.com this clause was not mentioned. The road that leading to the hotel entrance was very dirty and have lots of holes with dirty smelly water. It made the whole environment surrounding the external of the hotel very unpleasant. The was staircase leading to the lobby hence it made it not so convenient for elderly people. The location is very close to Glodok Chinatown. There's also City Walk Mall and Grand Paragon Mall within walking distance. There are quite a varieties of local eateries outside of hotel. The local eatery just at the right corner of the hotel main road served the best Fried Kuey Teow and Fried Rice after 5pm. The lobby filled with cigarette smell. It considers quite old hotel with very aging yellowish aircond but it can work. The bathroom design was superb as the water flow directly into the drain hole. However, there wasn't any air ventilation in the bathroom. The sink inside bathroom was a bit dirty. The toilet bowl seemed hard to flush water because the water pressure was very low. Have to press the flush button few times everytime we passed motion. The hotel room door has a very huge gap on top and side portion after we closed our room door. When other hotel guest smoking and walking outside our room corridor, we can smell the 2nd hand smoke and heard noises when people talking outside of the corridor. The hotel served decent breakfast although the room rate consider at lower range pricing. Only the coffee served was not hot and very light.
