Stayed at Holiday Inn for a business trip, and overall it was a great experience. Check-in was efficient and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a desk and chair, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfect for working on documents and online meetings. The soundproofing in the room was good, allowing for a peaceful rest after a busy day. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialties. The hotel's business facilities were comprehensive, and the staff were responsive and professional. The location was convenient for travel. Highly recommend for business travelers; I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip.

The floors creak a bit, and the self-service laundry machines aren't great – my clothes didn't come out clean. Other than that, though, it's a very comfortable hotel. There's a direct walkway to the mall, which has a drugstore and a supermarket, so you can do all your last-minute shopping before heading home. There are also plenty of restaurants, making dining very convenient. The airport is only about 20 minutes away; we arrived around 4 PM and left at 12 PM, and didn't encounter any traffic at all, so it was a very smooth journey.

The capsules are clean and modern, so are the toilets and showers, however the rest of facilities are a little old. The staff is kind, the location is the old town which is an interesting place to visit but I personally would have preferred to stay downtown, however you can take a bus or metro and get there in around 20 minutes. I was here for over a week so in the end it's a little bit uncomfortable to stay in such small place with all my stuff (one large and one small backpack) but for a few days or with less luggage it's okay. I'd have gotten the double one if I wasn't on a budget.

Was here early this month, 2 nights. Overall solid budget-friendly option. Room smelled clean when I walked in which is always a good sign, water pressure in shower was better than I expected too. Only thing is walls are a bit thin so you can hear some noise from hallway at night but not a dealbreaker for me. Checked in around 2pm, no issues, staff was quick. Parking available if you're driving. Would recommend if you just need a place to sleep that's clean and affordable, not looking for anything fancy.

The room quite okay and small space and its not too small just nice enough. The breakfast is good and many variations, staff are very friendly, location wise not so okay because there is mrt phase 2 under construction and the road so noisy and jam. Overall on my trip was very nice and very pleasant. Can repeat this hotel again. I forgot to mention that the breakfast is included in the hotel room also so very convenient

The first room they gave us was leaking water from the bathroom, but they gave us another perfectly good room. The room was clean and spacious, good location and facilities.

I stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.

The hotel location is ok It's 3minutes walk to transJakarta bus station 15 minutes to KAI train station The room is large and has a tub And I can go to swimming pool to have a relaxing. Now hotel breakfast has a promotion for 50k,I would say it's very good and the breakfast is so delicious. The bad thing are hotel has a long time,so it's old fashioned style room.

Luckily we only stay 1 night. The whole building is smell of cigarettes. Anyone can smoke inside the building including in the room. Very noisy at night. You can hear people chatting laughing all night long in the room and we barely can sleep. Other else, the lady receptionist is helpful and nice, also its nearby to Chinatow. Other than that you might want to consider staying here unless you don’t mind the noise and the alley is dangerous at night.
