"I had pleasant stay at this hotel for five nights. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, courteous and always willing to help whenever needed. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, making it a comfortable place to stay. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided met my expectations.
Thank you"
"The 6th-floor room was excellent! The meals were delicious, and I was able to enjoy the snack time before dinner. Also, for about an hour during the evening, there's a great service with drinks and simple snacks. I highly recommend it!"
"Property was suggested by my relative who already stayed there. Booked through makemy trip app. It was very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable room, services including foods are good. Location also good. There is a nice market nearby. Staffs are good. All together it is safe and good stay for us."
"I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Premier near Mumbai International Airport, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and convenience. The location is ideal for business travelers and transit passengers, just a few minutes away from the terminals."
"My flight was cancelled, and I wanted to go to the hotel directly from the departure level. However, the hotel is located outside the airport security area, which made the process quite inconvenient.
Before reaching the hotel, I had to go through an X-ray and security check. I also had to provide information about my new flight before I could check in at the reception. The whole process was quite complicated, as the staff needed to verify the flight details and security checks had to be repeated.
Overall, getting to the hotel and checking in was quite troublesome. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers who dislike going through multiple security checks or who are looking for a quick and convenient airport hotel experience."
"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, we're still having some issues with the billing, as we have different interpretations of the conditions, but I'm sure we'll get it sorted out with the General Manager and Accor customer service. If that gets resolved, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Fairmont in Mumbai. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The lounge is practically a must-visit – beautiful with excellent food. The hotel's location in Mumbai, or rather its absolute proximity to the airport, is perfect for a stopover. We only had 20 hours in Mumbai, but it felt like we had a weekend trip. The hotel's amenities certainly contributed to that feeling. We will come back once we've cleared up the billing discrepancies. Otherwise, there are countless other 5-star hotels in the immediate vicinity :-)"
"Holiday Inn is generally a good hotel close to Terminal 2 of Mumbai Airport. The beauty is that despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no interference with the stay. One can’t tell whether renovations are going on. Rooms are spacious and clean. I got a window view on the 6th floor and had a better view of what Mumbai is. I think Mumbai authorities still have a long way to influence modern structures in their city. The view generally is not a pleasant one."
"The room was extraordinary. The food was homely. It’s a centrally located in bandra. G my stay comfortable pleasant enjoyable and memorable. The hotel is located in a centralised place with all the eateries, hair salon, shopping complexes are walking distance. Keep up the great hospitality and service beyond self."
",The location is very good. The hotel is quite huge and might have been great in the past but the cleanliness or room quality is very old and average. It's definitely not bad but surely not like a 5 star, the way it looks in pictures."
"Here’s a polished 5-star hotel review:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and all the facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a luxurious and comfortable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

Amazing
KKizzaBGreat experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb.
Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.
The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them.
I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.
AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.
HHareth84Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾
DdyhxChose this hotel as I was attending an event in Bombay Exhibition Centre, 10 mins ride away from the hotel in smooth traffic. The airport is also 15-40mins away depending on traffic.
The room is spacious from bathroom area to the main bedroom, it could even fit 3 beds comfortably. The bed is too soft for my liking but pillow is good. The bathroom comes with a tub, standing shower and separate toilet. Water pressure in the shower is good and heats up fast. The open concept wardrobe is just next to the shower but having the luggage rack built just under the safe is a safety hazard, almost hit the corner couple of times when taking things out of the luggage. I don't know if it's because the door is heavy or my neighbors are strong, the doors appear to slam each time it closes.
I love the scent of Westin's White Tea series which is provided here too, ***** with all basic amenities. They are also very generous with the complimentary bottled water, 6 in all. I appreciate that they noted and acceded to my request for a room near the lift.
Service was excellent, the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and full of smiles from the bellboy to security team to front desk to housekeeping and those at the breakfast service.
Breakfast at Seasonal Tastes on Level 18, had a view as amazing as the spread, of both international staples to local flavours. Live egg and Paratha/Dosa stations, wide selection of nuts, fruits and juices too.
A true 5* stay and will be my choice hotel every time I return to Mumbai.
GGuest UserThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .
GGuest UserMost stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.
GGuest UserAbsolutely beautiful hotel
Staff were excellent
Room was spacious and very clean
Restaurant was to the point
My stay was great
Thank you to the team for making our stay comfortable
GGuest UserGreat staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry.
Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am.
GGuest UserClean and simple place to stay. I didn’t have a window so it felt a little claustrophobic. Nobody cleaned my room until I asked them to on day 3. The housekeeper only entered my room after noticing I had come back after a long day, around 1630. The hot water was also not very hot, and didn’t last for a long time (perhaps I wasn’t using it correctly..). Anyway, if you’re used to western hotels, I would HIGHLY recommend just splurging on one of the nicer ones. You won’t regret it.
Some top places to stay in Mumbai are near popular attractions like Juhu Beach and Colaba—so you can quickly get to top landmarks and amenities you need.
