"Thank goodness for this hotel  Was clean and comfortable specially the areas we wanted to visit everything near by  Lovely staff and breakfast was amazing  They made freshly masala dosa and your choice of omelette  Lovely selection of food, we enjoyed our breakfast."

"Advantages: The service is very good, the breakfast is very clean and rich, and the service of the restaurant staff is very good. Disadvantages: The hotel is old, the room has no paper towels, the floor is not mopped clean, and the air conditioning is loud."

"Great breakfast. Had a bit of a discussion the day I arrived. Was put in a lower rated room due to not having any non-smoking rooms available. Feedback was ”sorry full”, no solution or offer. For the rest the hotel was good. Staff was very friendly except check-in lady who forced a lower room."

"Very good customer service. Staff were very supportive and accommodating towards my nephew who has Down’s syndrome and couldn’t wear closed shoes because of his surgery. They said it was ok for him to go to the rooftop bar even without dress code"

"Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already."

"The staff of the hotel are absolutely wonderful and eager to help with anything you may need! The location is not great if you don’t need the nearby train station and you’re there to do the tourist attractions but it is quieter than the south Mumbai area in the evenings. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food is excellent, highly recommend their Indian breakfast dishes."

"Situated at Nana Chowk, Grant Road, the establishment offers convenient access, being only 200 meters from Grant Road local station. The food was delectable, though the variety was somewhat limited and repetitive over the days. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. However, the gym features outdated equipment that is not well maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience."

"Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the mall and easy to access most parts of city by taxis but there is a slum right next to the hotel. Also stray dogs barking in middle of night so sleep is disturbed with the sound around 3 or 4 am. Room is tiny and lacks any space. Very inconvenient to keep any of your stuff even in bathroom."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient."
