"The best point is the location few steps away from the Hakata East Gate station. Amenities lack a little, no replenishment or self service for bottle water, coffee packs when room does not need housekeeping on that day. No shower cap provided either. The breakfast buffet at Italian Rest. starts 6.30 am which is good. Variety is limited, breads not artisanal sourdough type. Japanese rest. didnt open 6.30 am on Saturday..but 7 am was told. Allowed bag storage upon check in day only. Room not much space or shelf to place things. Price point high to value."

"The location was excellent, being very close to Hakata Station. It was easy to find as you can see '9h' high up on the building. You take the elevator to the reception on the 9th floor, then go to your room (on the 3rd or 4th floor). The showers being on the 7th floor was a bit inconvenient, but I appreciated that the elevators were separated by gender. A big plus was the USB port in the room, in addition to the power outlet and light controls! I would have liked a hanger near the sleeping area. My only real concern was that I wished the cleanliness had been a bit better."

"Location was super good 5 minute walk to Hakata station. There is bath tub in the hotel that u can enjoy the salt bath after a long day walk and sightseeing. The hotel provides three kinds that you can chose . Nearby also have Starbucks , convenience stores and late shopping for essential items till 11pm . MRT convenient to Tenjin and others nearby places to visit like shrine ."

"This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of Hakata JR, next to the station and the airport bus stop, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also tons of large department stores nearby, like Marui, Hankyu, AMU, and Yodobashi Camera, all super close! As for the subway, it's very near the Chikushi exit – just turn left when you come out, and you're at the hotel! Check-in is on the third floor. The rooms are spacious, and you can let staff know if you'd like your room cleaned or towels changed by putting a magnetic sign on your door. They provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water by default, and they'll replenish them if you need more! Overall, it's truly excellent! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back next time."

"The best part of this hotel is the location. You came come out from subway mall up straight next door to the hotel's lobby. But due to the location & room rates, the hotel is always busy, especially during breakfast time. The rest, there's nothing special about this hotel."

"The 20 sqm twin room easily accommodated two 28-inch suitcases, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was the same every day and lost its appeal after two mornings. However, they did offer fresh squeezed orange juice and the freshly made veal burgers were quite good. There's a self-service laundry on the 5th floor, complimentary coffee on the rooftop, and a free happy hour in the afternoon. The location is superb, with direct access to the airport line from B2, and the airport bus stop right on the 1st floor, which is also the meeting point for most day tours departing from Fukuoka."

"I only stayed for one night but was so impressed by how spacious the room felt despite having 1 King and 1 single sofa bed which was helpful for my luggage packing and elderly parents. There was a ultra fast charging (100W) port and I thought that was very helpful. The location is also the best, nothing can beat, cross the road from Hakata station and it's there. Wish I could have booked this hotel across other parts of Japan."

"I had a pleasant stay at Nishitetsu Croom Hakata. The location is a major highlight—just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. I liked the concept of selecting amenities yourself from the lobby, which feels efficient and eco-friendly. However, there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, and I noticed that shower caps were not available at the pick-up point either. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well-located—ideal for travelers who prioritize convenience."

"The hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's close to the subway, right in front of Canal City, and Hakata Station is just a 10-minute walk away. The large public bath on the top floor is open until 1 AM, and there's a sauna, which completely melts away the day's fatigue. But the best part, by far, is the breakfast. The sushi, ramen, Janchi-guksu (banquet noodles), and bread are incredibly delicious! The breakfast was better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! If I visit Fukuoka again, I will definitely come back to the Gion branch! I was infinitely impressed by the friendly service!"
