This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station's Chikushi exit. The room was a bit small, but you can store your luggage there. Check-in is done beforehand using a machine, and then you pick up your room key yourself. The hotel has a hot spring, but I didn't get to try it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Honestly, based on reviews, I was expecting the bare minimum from this hotel, but everything actually turned out great. The room was quite comfortable, I could open my suitcase without it blocking the bathroom door. Everything was clean, and the room felt quite new. I stayed for three nights and was happy with everything. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't give advice on that. Otherwise, if you're looking for a decent business hotel that's affordable and not too far from the station, this is a good choice.

I stayed here on a business trip to Fukuoka. It's within walking distance from Hakata Station, but Higashi-Hie Station is a little closer. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which makes it convenient. The room was a 1LDK layout, and check-in was smooth. The room is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, etc., so it's suitable for long stays.

The room environment and hygiene were excellent, very clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. What impressed me most was the location; it's right next to Hakata Station, making transfers and getting around extremely convenient and saving a lot of travel time. There's a wide variety of dining options nearby, with everything you could want to eat and drink, making it super easy for everyday meals or finding a bite while shopping. The location is truly superior. Service was attentive and thoughtful, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's incredibly convenient for travel, shopping, and dining, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The living experience was excellent, making this one of the most satisfying hotels of my trip. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Fukuoka, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location is within less than 10mins walking diatance to Hakata Station (where all the Shinkansen, JR line, subway stations and bus stations/stops are). The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is also considered spacious for a japanese hotels notorious for being compact.

I recently stayed at Tokyu Stay Hakata during my trip to Fukuoka and had a really pleasant experience. The location is very convenient — it’s only about a 5–8 minute walk from Hakata Station, which made getting around extremely easy. From there, you can easily access the subway to Fukuoka Airport or take the Shinkansen to other cities in Japan. Another thing I liked was the surrounding area. There are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and being close to Hakata Station means you are also within walking distance to shopping malls and many local food spots. Overall, Tokyu Stay Hakata is a very practical and comfortable hotel choice in Fukuoka. With its convenient location and useful in-room amenities, it’s especially great for travelers staying a few days who want easy access to transportation and the city.

The room was small but clean and tidy. The location is super convenient, close to the station, and there's a convenience store nearby. It's also very handy for shopping, dining, and exploring. Very satisfied!

The check-in/check-out process could be improved for those who aren't tech-savvy. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, but there isn't a proper dining table, so we ended up eating using a trash can as a table. It would also be great if we could watch BS channels on the TV, even if it means seeing the NHK broadcasting fee screen. Otherwise, I was generally satisfied.

The bathroom had a noticeable drain odor, and the sink drained slowly. The cleanliness wasn't great; it felt quite dusty. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Hakata Station, and there's a convenience store nearby downstairs.
