Hotels near Shonan T-Site, Fujisawa

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely designed, which made it very pleasant to relax in. In addition, the parking area was very convenient and easy to access. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, a comfortable stay, and good facilities.

This gem of a hotel is located right at the right turn after you come down the escalator at Big Camera store’s side. Breakfast buffet spread is satisfactory with good variety. Room is the usual small size of Japanese hotels but comfortable and well maintained. Bed and pillows are comfortable too, not too hard nor soft. I have really enjoyed my stay here and it’s indeed a good move to base myself at Fujisawa for good value for money, while having the convenience to take the Enoden train to explore all the must-go places in Kamakura daily. As Fujisawa station is the terminal station where the train starts here it’s possible to get a vacant and nice seat compared to other stations in-between where you’ll be standing and squeezed like sardines when more and more passengers get up especially when the day trippers from Tokyo start to flock in after 10am during weekends or peak periods.

New, bright, stylish, and incredibly clean. The room was also more than spacious enough. It's conveniently located for accessing Enoshima, and I'd love to stay here again.

I had planned to take the Odakyu from Shinjuku, but ended up taking the JR and the Enoden instead. I was worried because the map said I had to cross a bridge, but it was a very pretty bridge, and even though I walked late at night, I wasn't scared. However, it was quite dark, so it was difficult to go out after arriving at the accommodation. Since there are two buildings, self-check-in was a bit difficult, but fortunately, they helped me a lot. The shared living room was large and beautiful, so I really liked it after arriving. The shared bathroom and toilet were also clean and ready to use immediately. I think it is the best location as it is close to the station and major tourist attractions.

It’s a very interesting store. Even if I don’t live in Fujisawa, I will come here to drink matcha latte next time I come to Shonan. The door lock is digital and the hygiene is very good. The kitchen utensils, coffee utensils, washing machine and hair dryer are all available. The room is big and the attic is bigger than expected. It's very cost-effective for most people to stay in the coffee shop. The coffee is sent by regular customers nearby and the coffee is so delicious that I almost don't want to leave.

Appreciated the drinks bar area and the self-service amenities. Room key is heavy and traditional and a bit of a hassle to have to talk to the front desk everytime coming in and out of the hotel but overall everyone was nice.

It's really nice. You can see a pedestrian bridge, and there's a hot spring where you can enjoy it. You can also see Mount Fuji. They verify your guest status at the entrance, so it's super safe.

This guesthouse was incredibly cozy and felt just like home. At check-in, they carefully explained everything I needed to know. I stayed in the women's-only dormitory room, which I believe was a 6-person room with three bunk beds. I had the bottom bunk. There were no locks, but there were sturdy curtains for privacy. Even though it was a cold day, the room was warm, and having a light above the bed made for a comfortable stay. Everyone seemed to be considerate and kept quiet. Eating and drinking weren't allowed on the bed, but it wasn't an issue as the ground floor had a cozy cafe (pictured) where you could relax freely. I read a bit in bed and then slept soundly. When I mentioned at check-out that I was visiting Enoshima, they told me about taking a boat, which made my trip much more enjoyable than planned. Luggage storage after check-out was also cheaper than using a locker, and I enjoyed the interaction. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance. Shared rooms are very affordable and highly recommended for solo travelers.

About the Room We were assigned a sea-view room on the first basement floor. It was an eight-tatami mat room. The sea was right in front of us, and the sound of the waves was always a pleasant sound to the ears. All drinks in the room are charged. Also, there is a bathroom in the room, and both the bathroom and toilet have a Showa-era atmosphere. About the Baths The Roman bath only has washing areas for four people. The bathtub is also small, and it becomes full with six people. However, the design of both the bathtub and the changing room is elaborate, so it is worth seeing. In contrast, the cave bath has many washing areas that extend far into the cave. The bathtub is also long and extends far back, and is spacious enough to comfortably fit 10 or 15 people. However, what is most frightening is that there are old lanterns and torii gates in the dim light. Furthermore, it is said that it was used as a punishment room for children a long time ago, which makes it even more frightening, but it is worth seeing.

The location of this apartment is very close to enoshima island and the beaches which is a plus. There is a 7 eleven nearby. The unpleasant part is I had issues finding parking initially. The ”road” that leads to the apartment building is also used by pedestrians so you have to drive very carefully and slow. There is no free parking. The nearest parking cost 2600 yen a day. The bath towels provided are very small. There is no tap to fill up the bathtub so you have to use the shower head which is rather strange.
