"Amenities were buffet style with items like skin lotion, moisturiser, face wash. They have a water dispenser on each floor which is another plus point. Location is approximately 7 mins walk to tenjin station. Where you have lots of underground eatery in Solaria Plaza, supermarkets like Reganet and the underground mall. Also possibly 300 m walk to don quite. The hotel building is next to the blue building."

"The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Tenjin shopping area. The room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great selection of both Japanese and Western options. I personally thought the curry rice was the best, especially with the fukujinzuke (pickled daikon radish) – I couldn't stop eating it! It was also very close to the yellowtail hotpot restaurant we booked."

"Small but perfectly formed, this hotel has everything you need, including pajamas in the room and a capsule coffee machine! It's right above Exit 3 of Akasaka Station, which is super convenient for shopping in Tenjin. Plus, there's a famous motsunabe (offal hotpot) restaurant right in front. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Fukuoka!"

"This hotel is super conveniently located, close to the subway, right between Tenjin and Hakata. A taxi to the airport was only about 100 RMB. In the lobby, they have complimentary tea bags and hot water, plus an electronic scale which is really handy for weighing your luggage. The rooms are spacious and even come with a humidifier. There's also an onsen (hot spring bath) at the hotel. We stayed in two different room types, and the more premium one had even more amenities like bath salts and mouthwash. The service was excellent; my room key fell out, and a kind passerby found it and returned it to the hotel, which I really appreciated."

"I stayed here for two nights right after landing in Fukuoka, and even as a solo traveler, the room felt incredibly cramped. I quickly switched hotels on the third day. The room was tiny and dated, giving off a vibe reminiscent of a guesthouse from the last century. You basically stepped out of the door and were immediately at the bed. My suitcase could only perch precariously on a folding luggage rack. The cleanliness was mediocre. The bathroom seemed quite clean and looked like it had been thoroughly scrubbed, but the room walls were very dirty with black marks. It wasn't until I opened my suitcase and its wheels rubbed against the wall that I realized where those black marks came from. Even though it was a non-smoking floor, the air in the room wasn't great. After just one night, my tonsils became inflamed. Those with sensitivities should definitely avoid this place. Toiletries and bathrobes were self-service in the lobby downstairs. The small packets of toner and lotion were surprisingly good, and the compressed exfoliating mitt was also quite useful. Drinking water wasn't provided, but there was a self-service laundry room. The hotel's location is pretty good, though. Le Labo is directly across the street, and there are many trendy shops and restaurants nearby. Tenjin shopping district is also within walking distance. It was quite cheap when I booked it, so I won't complain too much. It's suitable for backpackers."

"The subway entrance is super close and has an escalator, which makes it easy when you're dragging luggage. The hotel can receive packages for you (you pick them up at the front desk); I bought several Amazon Japan deliveries, including some large baby formula boxes, and they were all signed for successfully. The room size is decent; you can open two 24-inch suitcases, though the aisle will be a bit narrow, but still passable. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and you can get to Tenjin and Hakata by bus in addition to the subway, so transportation is very convenient. Plus, they give you two bottles of water every day, and there's a hot/cold water dispenser and a microwave, which is really nice. Oh, and Hakata Daruma Ramen is right next door, super close and delicious!"

"The hotel's location and ambiance are indeed excellent. The only downside is that the room is a bit small; fitting two suitcases can be a challenge. However, downstairs there's a coffee shop, washing machines, and self-service luggage storage, which makes it a very convenient and stylish hotel. Plus, it's right next to a trendy street with brands like Le Labo, BAPE, and Chrome Hearts."

"Excellent! The showerhead, amenities, and hairdryer in the room have all been upgraded to Refa, which made for a great shower experience. The service was also top-notch, and the room was quite spacious. The location is fantastic – very close to Tenjin and Canal City, and you can easily walk to Hakata Station. It's also super close to the subway entrance and many popular trendy spots. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Although the room was small, it was perfectly adequate for one adult and a child, as we could store both a large and a small suitcase under the bed. The bed itself was huge and incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and hygienic, just excellent. A special mention goes to the shampoo and shower gel – they smelled absolutely amazing, so much so that I took a photo of them to buy some for myself when I got home."
