Great location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.

If you’re looking for a convenient location near Disneyland, and you’re coming from elsewhere, this location is great. However, if you’re looking for and hoping for a new place, this isn’t that sort of hotel. It’s rather old and not really refreshed. Also, if you don’t speak a word of Japanese, you might struggle as the reception staff I had didn’t speak English. However, we were fine as I had basic conversational Japanese.

We stayed here after visiting DisneySea and it was fantastic. When we entered the room, it was incredibly stylish and spacious; we had plenty of room to open our suitcases. There was even a sofa! Despite being completely exhausted, my friend and I ended up getting excited and bought drinks at the Lawson inside the hotel to enjoy. On the way back, we took the free bus from the hotel to Maihama, which was amazing. We took a taxi from Disney, and it was about a 1000 yen ride from the DisneySea taxi stand, so quite close. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! I'd love to stay here again!!!

This is an excellent value hotel. It's about a 20 minute train journey to the centre of Tokyo, with the train station is just a quick 3 minute walk. It is a very working residential Japanese area so you won't see many tourists, and there are a few larger super stores across the road from the hotel and very near-by, as well as places to eat if you want to grab something near the hotel, so its very convenient. The rooms are just big enough for our family of four with super convenient washing machine and vented drying room which is also the show and bathroom ”pod” too. As with most places there is no iron though so consider a travel one. The reception staff are always really friendly. There is Wifi in the rooms, but it is heavily capped so don't expect to use it more than looking things up and sending messages (which is fine for most).

I stayed in the economy single room.
There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed.
There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that.
A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast.
Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

The hotel offers at least 4 free shuttle buses, but they only go from the hotel to the JR station, not back. It would be much better if they had a round-trip shuttle that also went to Disney via the JR line. The hotel breakfast is a set meal with several options. There's also a free beverage bar with drinks and coffee starting at 2 PM. The shuttle to Disney during peak morning hours can get quite crowded; I'm not sure if they add extra buses if one fills up.

If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel.
The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji.

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Disneyland, with very convenient transportation options like the shuttle bus or monorail, which made traveling with kids a breeze. The room size was decent for Japan, though the facilities were a bit dated. If you're particular about modern amenities, it's good to manage your expectations beforehand. The dining was excellent; both breakfast and the buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. It's definitely more of a family-friendly hotel, ideal for those planning a multi-day trip to Disneyland, and offers good value for money.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located very close to Disney's Bayside Station, and there's also a hotel shuttle bus available at Platform 2. Additionally, a shuttle operates to and from Maihama Station.
The room was spacious. We were two adults and one child, and we stayed in a room with three beds. From our room, we could see Cinderella's Castle and the fireworks at Disneyland. We honestly didn't have time to experience the other facilities; we spent all day immersed in the park, and by the time we got back to the room, we just wanted a hot bath and then to sleep. There's a small shop on the ground floor of the hotel where you can buy food and daily necessities, but do note its opening hours – it opens at 10 AM.
We were able to check in directly at the Disney Welcome Center on the ground floor of Maihama Station. After getting our room key, we headed straight to the park. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, our luggage was already in our room, which was incredibly convenient. This service was fantastic!👍

Vvivien00The family room for four was quite spacious, and having a separate bed for everyone meant no disturbances. A big thank you to the restaurant staff on the first floor for keeping our forgotten headphones safe. The breakfast was also very generous, they even had a chocolate fountain! My personal favorites were the salad and yogurt. We also tried out the Japanese-style hot springs on the 7th floor; the water temperature was perfect. Just remember to bring your own towel.
The bus from Narita Airport to the hotel costs 2900 JPY, with children under 12 paying half price. However, it takes a very long time because it first goes to Tokyo Disneyland, then to Tokyo DisneySea, then to other hotels like the Hyatt, and finally arrives at Mitsui. The total travel time is about 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is slower than taking the subway. The upside is you don't have to lug your luggage up and down stairs when changing subways.

YYuniboboyueService: The hotel shuttle is super convenient. After taking the subway from the airport to Maihama Station, you just go downstairs and hop on the shuttle. The next day, it dropped us off at a different station for DisneySea, and then we took the Disney Resort Line from there.
Amenities: The hotel toiletries are by Pola, and the hairdryer was excellent – I honestly think it was better than my Dyson at home.
There's a small convenience store downstairs, but it didn't have much. We ended up walking about 300m to a Lawson at another hotel (it was packed with people coming back from Disney).

JJTeohTravelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat!
If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!

There is not much within the surrounding but the hotel is accessible by bus no. 3 / 23 at Shin-Urayasu Station. The hotel offers coach bus to and from The Disneyland & DisneySea, which is convenient. The bus ride is around 25 minutes. The staff are all very friendly and professional. We would consider staying here next time!

While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. GGuest UserBooked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!
