Amazing
GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick. I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel! P.S. Their breakfast is excellent, definitely worth getting.

Amazing
SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

Jjayme18My stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay had both its ups and downs. The biggest highlight was definitely the ocean view. Opting for a sea-view room gave me direct access to the expansive Tokyo Bay, offering stunning blue waters by day, breathtaking sunsets in the evening, and a fantastic nighttime ambiance. The scenic experience was truly outstanding. The location is a major plus, being right next to the Disney Resort. There's a free shuttle bus service to and from the parks and the train station, making transportation and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The surrounding amenities are also excellent, with easy access to shops and dining. However, the service aspect had noticeable shortcomings. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were rather inefficient, and the staff's attitude felt very process-driven, lacking proactive and attentive service. Overall, the service experience was just average. Other aspects, like room cleaning and basic facility maintenance, were acceptable with no significant issues. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize ocean views and convenient access. If you have high expectations for front desk service, you might want to consider this more carefully.

LlymaThe hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney. 5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station. Only complaints are: 1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time. 2) Hard bed 3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am 4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night 5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte. Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

GG_VPHeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience. The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience. The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks. Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

TTutisTutsTravelandToursOur stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel was honestly such a relaxing and memorable part of our Japan trip. The hotel itself feels spacious and luxurious without being intimidating, and the location is perfect especially if you’re visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. Getting to the parks was super convenient through the Disney Resort Line, and coming back to a comfortable hotel after a long day at Disney was the best feeling. The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. We also loved the view — waking up and seeing either the bay or the Disney area made the experience extra special. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were complete, which made the stay very hassle-free. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were very polite, accommodating, and organized, which made check-in and everything else smooth despite the number of guests staying there. If there’s one downside, it would probably be that the hotel can get busy, especially during peak Disney seasons, and some areas already show a bit of age. Its a little bit old as well. Bath tubs kinda rusty. The smell is kinda old. But overall, the comfort, service, and convenience easily outweighed that. Would definitely stay here again, especially for a Disney trip. It made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable.

EEduTI had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families and travelers visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. The rooms were impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the modern layout, with comfortable beds, a seating area, and thoughtful amenities like a microwave and separate bath and toilet. It made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient compared to typical city hotels. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the hotel’s convenience for Disney trips. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea was reliable and easy to use, making it a great base without paying premium Disney hotel prices. There’s also a Lawson convenience store on-site, which was incredibly useful for quick meals, snacks, and late-night needs. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day, although it could have a bit more selection. The only downside is the location—it’s not very close to major train stations, so getting around central Tokyo takes a bit more time and planning. Overall, Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers excellent value for money. If you’re planning a Disney-focused trip or traveling with family and want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, this hotel is a great choice.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland and Disney sea!!!

GGuest UserGreat location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.
