"My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!"

"I recently stayed at The Holiday Inn Nairobi Two River Mall hotel, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I want to give a shout out to these wonderful staff at the hotel: Queen Winnie Violet Nicholas Ezekiel I can't remember every name, but I thank the staff that open the front door for me, the desk agents, housekeeping and restaurant staff who gave great customer services. I think I gained about 50 pounds with the delicious food at the Holiday Inn. With their dedication to delivering exceptional service and quality, these individuals deserve recognition and thanks. "What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family."

"The hotel is as a transfer station about my safaris tour for me to stay in nairobi.First,it include the spa,self-restaurant,gym(the gym has the richest sporting equipment at all the hotels I have ever lived for )and swimming pool.second,It has a security method you need to accept the check about the thing you carry-in and let your baggage through the x-ray that enter the hotel ensure the safety about customers.third,although the style of the room is old and feel you back to 1990s,but feel really classy and gentle about the style of the room,and you sit in the balcony you could appreciate the scenery of the nairobi CBD. finally,for the another part,it is the only i feel not well about the hotel is the foods in the restaurant is not rich as I think at first,because the price for a person for dinner is over 20usd but its foods is a little monotonous.suggest adding local specialty cuisine In conclusion,the hotel is better than i think before i live for it,it is really worth to live in it,and the servers in the hotel is really friendly and hospitality"

"Since the situation in Kenya is not so good, it is impossible to take a walk around the hotel. Exercising outside the hotel is not possible. There is no supermarket around the hotel, so purchasing miscellaneous goods is not possible. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. There is a simple playground for children in the hotel yard."

"I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Westlands, Nairobi, and had a fantastic experience. "This hotel is strange. It looks very chic but the room was broken all over: aircon did not really work, toilet flush only worked sometimes, towel hangers in the bathroom were broken off and hanging around loosely, bed was worn out and extremely sagging. The front desk personnell was kind, another staff member who came to our room for laundry was quite rude. I always prefer supporting established hotels over spending my money on airbnbs but sadly i find the price quite unjustified and cannot really recommend this hotel. However it was clean enough for kenyan standards and felt safe."

"It is located in a high-end residential area of ​​Nairobi. I rented a room in an apartment where rich locals live. There were some unpleasant things, such as ants in the room and the toilet not flushing due to water outages, but other than that it was very good. I think it can't be helped since it's a high-end apartment. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so you can cook. There is also a balcony, so you can do your laundry. The owner, Rose, was very kind and went to the supermarket with me. Nairobi is a dangerous city, but this was the only place where I could stay safely. There were many security guards, so it was very safe. I took a taxi for everything except going to the supermarket, but I felt safe when I returned to the accommodation. If you don't mind small things like ants, I recommend you use this place. I think it's a very reliable area in terms of safety."
