This place is located right behind a mosque. While it's not on the main road, there are 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, and even a Segi Fresh nearby, making daily life very convenient. The best part is the safety; you need to pass through three doors with access cards to get into the unit. The pool is incredibly clean, much cleaner than those 'influencer' pools in the city center. The room was comfortable for two adults and two children – really good! I'd definitely choose this type of apartment again if I have the chance; it's more budget-friendly and comfortable than a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment style accommodation. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to IKEA (BIKL) and a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping center in Bandar Utama.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent – reliable hot water and effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The front desk staff were responsive, and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps refine a few small details. All in all, I was very satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

So convenient, down stairs got bila-bila mart and restaurant. Inside the room got provided water dispenser. But the security is not too strong. Day 1 night when I scan my card to access the lift door, got one couple of South Africa follow me go in without scan their card, I feel little bit weird, so when I go in the lift I let them to scan first , but after the few minutes they also didn’t take out the card and scan, after that I saw got other ppl come in , so I scan my card. When arrived my floor the couple are follow me go out, I feel little bit scared, after I run back my room. I hope the security guard can pay more attention on this situation, cos for the solo travellers is quite dangerous.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright. Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent service overall—definitely a highly recommended place for a short getaway or business trip. Will definitely come back again!

A good location both Mossaz and Paxtonz are part of the Empire City in Damansara, Petaling Jaya next to the integrated shopping mall precinct rebranded into Hextar World at Empire city. Drive in and drop off at either designated lobbies under their names or drive into a well lighted multi-storey car park with security guards. Park car nearest to separate lift access to each lobby. Lift lobby up to units secured with unit access card. Deposit may be required depending on operator from RM50, RM100 or RM200 so prepare cash. Have BIla Bila Mart and food outlets nearby and in the mall, I guess. Saw a full pickle ball court nearby. Nice.

The hotel lobby and room were luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the ladies' parking facility, which was convenient and thoughtful. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The bathroom pipe was broken, and the air-conditioning remote control was not functioning properly. In addition, although the room was booked for four guests, only two towels were provided. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were also insufficiently filled and ran low quickly. I provided this feedback during checkout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I hope these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed to further enhance the guest experience.

Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.
