Charlene teeHas the best services received from greetings at the door entrance-to check-in. Thank you all for making my stay a memorable one.
Room wise- all is perfect. Just two points on (1) the wall socket for charging is lacking. My room is 1104. The wall socket next to bed, just lone, cant plug in the 3pin wall charger. The table area-just one too. It works but is just one as well. Provides the USB-A ports, however i am using with caution, only to plug in for earbuds charging. Would think is great to provide for more wall sockets. (2) shower heads, am using the detached type, the two angled provided are not ideal.
Amenities provided like disposable toothbrush, shower cap, bar soap,in room slippers, safe box, complimentary mini bar, 2 bottles of water. Live piano and singing performance is entertaining too. Less than 10mins walk away from 1 utama shopping centre, great for those who love to shop, dine. Would recommend to stay.

Rakha RoseI was quite disappointed with my stay at Concorde Shah Alam. It’s very different from Concorde Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to be well maintained.
The room wasn’t very clean, and you can really tell the hotel is quite old. A lot of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom wasn’t properly maintained, the tiles had visible stains, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and even the bathtub had rust marks. Overall, it felt more like staying in a motel than a hotel.
The lifts were also extremely slow and felt outdated. The pillows were another downside, they were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. Compared to Concorde Kuala Lumpur, the difference is huge. This will probably be my first and last stay here.

Anonymous UserThe cleanliness is actually not too bad. The host even send someone to clean up the place on the 2nd day. And also replenish laundry detergent.
There's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There's sewer smell coming from kitchen sink, dripping bathroom sink, cockroaches running around, the kitchen filter is leaking.
The place wins in terms of location that's close to 1 Utama, M World Hotel, One World Hotel, etc.

TracelllllllThis hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is super convenient, right across from a food street, so you'll have no problem finding places to eat and drink. Highly recommend! 5-star rating!

Guest UserWith regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.
This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.
My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location.
check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.
As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.
Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.
Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.
I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.
Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.

I was on a business trip to visit a client, and the overall environment was quite good. The lobby was suitable for meetings. It was a good place to stay for catching a flight after 6:30 AM breakfast, as it's very close to Subang Airport.

aDAa zAInWorth the price.
There’s no carpet, and the floor can feel quite cold. Indoor slippers are not provided, so if you don’t like walking directly on tiled floors, it’s best to bring your own slippers.
A nice place for a short vacation.
The building at the back looks a bit scary, but there’s actually nothing frightening about it.
There are pickleball and badminton courts downstairs.
Highly recommended.
Parking: Basement parking is available at RM6 per day (Touch 'n Go payment accepted). 😊

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.
