"Easy check in by the helpful receptionist, Hazwan. The room was spacious, equipped with a TV, washing machine, two air conditioners, ironing board, kettle, fridge and toiletries. The housekeeper did a great job, he changed our bedsheets and quilt cover. South Tower consists of swimming pool, laundry services, gymnasium, library and free parking lots. The bonus point was this suite are surrounded by grocery stores, eateries (Al-Fariz Maju serving the best roti canai and teh tarik), banks, barbershops and garages. Opposite of the suite is Paradigm Mall, driving distance to SS2, One Utama and Sunway Pyramid. I strongly recommend this fantastic suite to all travellers in Petaling Jaya."

"The place was squeaky clean. For someone who has severe asthma, I've got great sleep. The a/c working well, no smell from toilet like other small hotel I used to stay before. Will repeat if needed stay around the area. Also the easy self check in."

"Stay 3d 2n here. Very convenient for me ti go to ANGKASA. Juat take a grab ti & fro, with rates between rm5-9 only. A lot of food eateries ariubd the hotel. Prices are sooooo affordable. Mine was less than RM110 for 2 nights. You just check in thru the machine at the lobby (don’t worry, the hotel ataff will assist you)! Parking as first come first serva basis. PLEASE MAKE AURE YOU PARK INSIDE THA ALL YELLOW LOT! Not the yellow red lot, as these are the reserved parking ONLY! You pay parking RM5 from 8am-6.30pm Monday-Friday only by using FlexiParking App. That’s all I think. Have fun 🥳 Ohhhh BTW, Paradigm Mall is literally just the opposite side. But you have to cross the highway first 🫣😂 take a grab to go there!"

"I booked a Standard Queen Room with a window, but upon check-in, I was given a room without a window. I had to go back to the reception and request a room change. The second room I received had a strong cigarette smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I was also disappointed with the service at the reception. When I went down again to ask for towels, the female receptionist was not very friendly and came across as rude. A more polite and welcoming attitude would have made the experience much better. Overall, I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and customer service for future guests."

"Hotel is huge, my kid can run here and there inside. The hotel provide all the things needed like kettle, hair dryer. There is a swimming pool too, good way to play with ur family. Other than the wifi that is not working, everything is good here. The response team is responsive to all my inquiry(wifi problem), good job. If u wish to park at the season parking, u have to pay extra rm8, or else u can just park at the parking space that is available near Atria mall."

"In trip app, it wasn't mentioned that the latest check in time for certain day is before 9pm. Thanks for the front desk who waited for 1hr for my check in. Room is new and clean with good location."

"Everything was good except for the late check-out policy. It said we could check out between 8 AM and 2 PM, but then they told us to leave by 11 AM, which was really inconvenient. My deposit still hasn't been refunded either. The staff weren't very friendly and weren't helpful in resolving issues."

"A warm welcoming from the receptionist, Ahmad. The parking lot was spacious and designated for each tenant. The room was clean, good aeration. It was equipped with couch, kettle, fridge, electronic stove, microwave, multichannel TV, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and toiletries. The technician was helpful to repair my door knob. The bonus point was walking distance to 3 Damansara which consists of NSK grocery, eateries, cafeterias, shops, tennis court and bar. Also accessible to SS2 food paradise. Highly recommended for travellers in PJ."

"Very clean, double-storey, very cost-effective, decorated in prison style, each room and living room has air conditioning, kitchen facilities are complete, and there is a refrigerator. There is a high-speed rail nearby, and there is a slightly larger shopping mall and many restaurants diagonally opposite (10 minutes walk). The only drawback is that there is no front desk, and you need to go downstairs to communicate with the security guard at the door to communicate with the hotel."
