"Fantastic stay with excellent amenities and very helpful staff! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cubic Botanical Suites and were highly satisfied with everything. The suite was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Having a well-equipped kitchen and a large TV was a huge plus, making our stay incredibly comfortable and feel like a home away from home. The service was also excellent. During our stay, I accidentally locked us out because a lock button had been pressed from the inside, making the keycard unusable from the outside. Even though it took about two hours to get a technician to come and open the door, the staff handled the situation very professionally, and we were extremely grateful for their help. Overall, a fantastic place that we highly recommend to anyone!"

"You can get your parking ticket validated, and for breakfast, they offer roti canai, nasi lemak, noodle soup, bread, fried rice, fried noodles, and more. The room was spacious, but the facilities were old, with grime on the faucets and a slow-draining sink. I hope the cleanliness can be improved further."

"My all time favourite suite. Both check in and out protocols were easy. The apartment is clean, spacious, fully equipped with air conditioners, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, toiletries and study room. Cafeteria and groceries mart just downstairs. Safe, guarded parking lots. Accessible to Kuchai Lama and Mid Valley. Hence, I strongly recommend this suite to all travellers in Kuala Lumpur."

"An easy checked in and out procedure by the concierge. The suite was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view from balcony. It was equipped with a TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, three air conditioners, washing machine, dryer, detergent and toiletries. The parking lot was guarded. It was very convenient as Bila-Bila Mart and HWC cafeteria downstairs. Walking distance to Foodie @ Kuchai, durian store, chapel, shop lots and Econsave. Therefore, I strongly recommend this suite to all travellers at Kuala Lumpur!"

"The location is excellent, with a shopping mall conveniently located directly below the hotel However, the bathroom, particularly the bathtub, is in need of refurbishment. The bathtub looked quite worn, with visible paint peeling off in several areas, which gave an unclean and poorly maintained impression. the TV was quite small compared to what is typically expected in a hotel room today."

"This is our 6th time here, and we really love this hotel because it's clean and comfortable. However, this time, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the bed, haha. It's the first time we've gotten a bed like this; it was very uncomfortable. As soon as we entered the room, we had to clean it a bit because it felt sandy and the floor was quite dirty and black. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The wait for the elevator from the parking lot to our room was a bit long, probably because there were a lot of people. Nevertheless, I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"I stayed in a single room and had a very comfortable experience overall. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were good, and I slept very well. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Mid Valley, making dining, shopping, and transportation all very accessible. My overall stay was excellent, offering good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur."

"I stayed here for more than 10 days to attend a course. Overall, I really like this place. The only downside is the road in front of the apartment—it gets very traffic jam. Other than that, everything is good. Check-in is easy, just collect the access card at the counter. There’s a small mart downstairs and many restaurants on the ground floor, first floor, and 8th floor. There are even a salon and manicure shop downstairs, which is very convenient. The apartment also provides a free shuttle bus to Mid Valley or KL Sentral for guests staying here (maximum 2 pax). I stayed in a unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a small kitchen. The unit has everything I needed—washer, dryer, hairdryer, iron, microwave, and even cooking pots. One thing I feel could be improved is the check-in details. They were only sent to me about 22 hours before check-in, which felt a bit late and made me worried about whether my booking was successful."
