This charming little lifestyle boutique hotel was excellent, except for the location, which was a bit out of the old town area. The parking was free for hotel guests and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was ok for a mid-sized hotel, featuring warm and cold food.

we’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

My recent stay at Casa Moritz in Brasov proved to be a delightful experience. The hotel's warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel instantly welcome, and its location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk from the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Brasov's historic attractions. The rooms, while furnished with somewhat dated pieces, offered comfortable and cozy beds with warm bedding, which was particularly appreciated during our stay. The cleanliness was commendable, and the overall maintenance of the property was good. One minor inconvenience was the absence of a kettle in the room, which would have been a welcome addition for making a morning coffee or evening tea. A small suggestion for improvement concerns the check-in process. The hotel uses a code entry system, which required calling the point of contact to obtain the access code. This could be streamlined by providing the code automatically after online check-in confirmation, saving time and making the arrival process smoother for both guests and staff. Despite these minor points, Casa Moritz offers excellent value for money. Its combination of friendly service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations makes it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Brasov.

The hotel star is very good. The room we stayed was wide, pleasant and clean. Although the breakfast was not very rich, the products offered were clean and delicious. The staff were very roses and interested. We prefer to walk to the city centre of Rski because it is close to the train station. I can recommend it in a comfortable room.

It was a wonderful two nights to stay here. It's in the center, closed by for everything. I would like to recommend staying here.

On the positive side, this small hotel is centrally located, conveniently situated to explore lovely Braşov. The building is also beautifully renovated, well maintained and clean. On the other hand, I found the staff unwelcoming and not helpful. The QR code for requesting help on WhatsApp doesn’t work either. Although I loved the bathroom, the room itself was dim, and could have been fitted with a mirror - the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. It would also be great to have the option of filling water bottles somewhere; this is a very basic way of minimizing plastic waste. My biggest issue, and the reason I will not recommend this establishment, is the poor mattress quality - mine was thin and lumpy, and even after putting a duvet over it, it was still very uncomfortable. Falling asleep was very challenging. I asked via WhatsApp and also the receptionist to try and resolve the issue for the second night, but nothing further was done but making up the bed with the second duvet that I had already taken from the other bed. Another issue that could have been a potential problem at check-in was that I had not received the entry code for the gate. The receptionist insisted that they had emailed it, which was not true. You need a SIM card that allows phone calls to resolve such issues; I was lucky that a random stranger let me in. Lastly, be aware that breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements.

Room was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

Old hotel, definitely not five-star, at most three-star, not worth the price, first-class location, good service, no free water

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Here is why it stands out: Twin Room Availability: This was a huge plus for me! It is surprisingly hard to find hotels that offer proper twin rooms (two separate beds), but this place has them in their offer, which is a rare and great advantage. Breakfast Included: Having a delicious breakfast included in the price was very convenient and added great value to the stay. Spotless Rooms: The room was impeccably clean, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful Staff: The service was excellent. The staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.

The place was easy to find on maps. The door has instructions on how to check in as there is three “Ambient” locations, however they are close enough to each other to park at the one you have booked and walk the Pensiune Ambient to check in. Ambient Residence in which i stayed was great. The place had a communal kitchen/dining area, free tea and coffee station on each floor. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean and tidy. Hot was came through pretty much instantly. It’s located about 25min walk from the old town area. Highly recommend
