Great
GGuest UserThe front desk staff had an abysmal attitude; I didn't feel like I was being served at all. There was absolutely no useful information provided – nothing about the hotel's shuttle service, the fact that the kids' club costs extra, or details about adding breakfast. The service was utterly terrible. Having stayed at so many five-star hotels, I've noticed that only the Chinese front desk staff provide the worst service, while those who speak English are far superior. The Splash water play area was good, but the Buds indoor playground charges a fee. The bakery on the first floor offers inexpensive bread that's huge and affordable. However, the Louge restaurant's prices are outrageously expensive, probably double what you'd pay outside. A bak kut teh, which normally costs around 20 SGD elsewhere, is 40 SGD here – you'd be better off adding breakfast to your stay. The location is also quite remote. Given this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel itself is beautiful, though.

MMonika LauraGreat location, amazing staff, and good facilities The location is great — within a radius of 800m, you have plenty of places to visit. Lots of great food experiences as well. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that. The people there are amazing. They helped me a lot when I forgot my mobile phone in a taxi — a big thank you to them again! One small issue: the room had a smell at the beginning, but the crew fixed it. I think it might be because of Singapore’s climate. Overall, I can recommend this place. The swimming pool and gym are great too.

DDuoduoxiaotuoniaoEvery time I visit Singapore, I always stay at the Conrad Centennial Marina Bay. The staff are as welcoming as ever, and the rooms are consistently spotless (as a severe germaphobe, I'm very satisfied). This year, I booked a twin room and was given one with a view of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. I was so happy! Next to the hotel, Suntec City has Don Quijote, Mannings, and Watsons, plus lots of great little eateries.

BBingBaiOur vacation experience completely exceeded expectations. The hotel truly goes above and beyond for its Treehouse guests, offering the best service. Staying in a Treehouse comes with complimentary Forage afternoon tea, 24-hour butler service, on-demand golf cart transfers to the zoo, free laundry for 5 items, a choice of à la carte breakfast at Forage or the regular buffet, wine with dessert, and a complimentary minibar. We arrived at 12 PM, and Treehouse guests have a dedicated Priority Check-in with staff who speak Mandarin. As we hadn't had lunch yet, they immediately arranged for us to have afternoon tea at Forage. After tea, a buggy took us directly to the food court at the zoo. From there, it's a short walk to the Night Safari, Singapore Zoo, and River Wonders. To get to the Bird Paradise and Rainforest Lumina, you need to go downstairs and catch a shuttle bus. It's incredibly convenient because there's a dedicated buggy path from the hotel to the zoo. We even called a buggy directly when we went to the food court for bak kut teh in the evening. The buggies are plentiful and always arrive promptly, which is very convenient. The Treehouses are divided into West and East wings, each with its own private pool, making for a total of two. These pools are exclusive to Treehouse guests, offering excellent privacy. We spent two days there and saw absolutely no one else. The public pool is on the 5th floor, not huge, but offers a fantastic view of the entire reservoir. On the same floor as the public pool, there's also a sky garden, perfect for an evening chat. The interior design of the Treehouses is also excellent, and the bathroom even has its own air conditioning. A window next to the bathtub can be opened to enjoy nature, yet still maintains great privacy. Upon check-in, I asked for an upgrade to a room facing the reservoir, but was told none were available. Our room was on the highest floor, furthest inside, facing the jungle, with a partial view of the reservoir. In the end, I found that the rooms facing the jungle offer the best privacy, as the balcony cannot be seen from the walkway outside. For breakfast, we chose Forage. The menu had quite a few options, and we could order anything we wanted. The food was pretty good. I look forward to trying the regular buffet next time. Check-out was also seamless; they took us directly to the taxi stand. Since we had no additional charges, we didn't even need to go to the front desk, which was incredibly convenient! I had seen some not-so-positive reviews before, and there weren't many specific reviews about the Treehouse experience, so experiencing it myself was truly different. The interior environment is impeccable, and the service is quite attentive. Turndown service included a turtle canvas bag. Both meals at Forage were also excellent. This experience offers great value for money in Singapore. I do have two suggestions: First, the free laundry for 5 items is pointless for guests staying one night, as they send the clothes out. You need to have them picked up before 10 AM to potentially get them back by 4 PM the same day. Second, the bathroom provides a very thoughtfully designed hotel canvas bag, but it states that it's for use during your stay, and taking it costs $35. At this price point, I think they shouldn't be so stingy about such things; it's just a canvas bag. If it's not a gift for guests, they shouldn't put it in the room at all. Overall, it was a vacation experience that far exceeded my expectations, and if I have the chance, I will definitely stay in a Treehouse again.

GGuest UserOriginally booked this hotel for shits and giggles coz of Anthropic Claude. This place is obsessively clean. I’m talking about the kind of clean that makes you suspicious — like maybe they have a team that just polishes doorknobs all day. Everything is spotless. Even the complimentary laundry room (which, yes, is FREE with detergent pods included) looks surgical. Zero lint. No detergent residue. No mysterious washing machine funk. Just pure, sparkling cleanliness. For someone as particular as me about hygiene, this was an unexpected jackpot. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Location is solid: walking distance to Chinatown, Maxwell Hawker Centre, Keong Saik Road’s fancy food scene, and two MRT stations (Chinatown and Maxwell). The outdoor courtyard smells like fresh lemon balm disinfectant, which is oddly specific but very reassuring. There’s also a complimentary minibar, which feels generous for a compact room. The double bed room I booked was small but accurately described during booking, so no gotcha moments. If you’re short like me, the bed’s perfectly comfortable. They’ve maximized storage cleverly: luggage space, safety box, mini fridge under the bed. The courtyard becomes your unofficial living room since the actual room is just… bed. The Meh The rain shower is a mystery. I still don’t know how to use it without turning the bathroom into a wading pool. The handheld showerhead has weak water pressure, though the bathroom itself is otherwise excellent. So clean!!! You can feel the MRT rumbling underneath (acceptable noise level), but the real problem is Leila, the bar downstairs. If you’re into nightlife, great! If you’re trying to sleep on the second floor, less great. I could hear thumping bar music until late. Front desk was gracious and delivered earplugs promptly when I asked, so points for responsiveness. Walking around during rainy season would be a drag. The Verdict Would stay again for overnight layover purely for the cleanliness. Thanks for the random pick, Claude (both the AI and the hotel). 🧼✨🤖

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful and memorable stay at Bus Collective. We booked a double room under the random room category and mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. To our surprise, the team prepared a thoughtful setup with balloons, well wishes, and their adorable signature bear, which made us feel very special and set the tone for our stay. Staying in a converted bus was a unique and fun experience. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the space was thoughtfully designed to be both comfortable and functional. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ dinner set. It was a fantastic experience grilling our own meal, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious and made for a memorable evening. The only minor inconvenience was that no lighter or matchsticks were provided, so we had to purchase our own before we could start the BBQ. The location was also very convenient, with Changi Village Hawker Centre right next door. Having easy access to a variety of local food options was a huge plus and made meals throughout our stay effortless. Overall, Bus Collective offers a unique accommodation experience combined with thoughtful service and great food. The anniversary surprise, comfortable amenities, and enjoyable BBQ experience made our stay truly special. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different from the usual hotel stay in Singapore.

JJJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

DDesmond solo travelThe location is consider good if u wanted to visit Sentosa, Mount Faber, Vivocity. The room is clean the space is a bit tight but it's a budget hotel. The check in process is digital. So u can use email link to complete ur check in and then the access card is not a physical card. You will need to download an app and u can get ur digital card to unlocked the door. But if u didn't complete the online register at the email link you need to provide physical passport or ID for registration. Overall is a good stay but the sound proof is quite bad. Can hear someone taking at the corridor and the trolley wheels passing at the street.

YYueguangxiadewanzilunFor a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!
