SammieleeIt is definitely the best hotel I have stayed! I be planning to come back this year again! Thanks for such amazing service from Bellboy, reception and horizon lounge - the bellboy even helped to bring our items back to the car without me asking! When checking out, also during checkout, a few receptionists offered to help to bring the luggages out during checkout.
Thanks a million Shangrila!!!!

antikorrWe really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Raffles Place. Location-wise it was a great choise since all the main spots of attraction were nearby and we could literally walk there. Marina Bay Sands, Lau Pa Sat, Chinatown, you name it!
Hotel facilities were also top-notch. Especially the pool on the 9th floor! Staff was helpful and friendly.
Definitely recommend this hotel!

Anonymous UserThe location, nature views, and nearby boardwalk make it a wonderful getaway.
It would be perfect if front desk and breakfast can be improved. Still highly recommended for a quick nature escape in the busy city!
What we liked:
The Room: We got a room with an unblocked view of the reservoir. The hotel also prepared some simple decorations and a decent-sized cake for our celebration, which was a nice touch.
Rooftop Pool: Offers a great panoramic view of the rainforest and reservoir. It was quite crowded, but it didn't spoil the experience.
Location: Super convenient. It’s close to the Zoo and Mandai boardwalk. There are also plenty of nearby eateries within easy walking distance.
Areas for improvement:
Front Desk: We booked via a 3rd party platform, but the front desk gave us different information. It caused quite a bit of confusion and extra effort to coordinate and sort things out through the platform. In the end we found out this really shouldn't happen at all.
Breakfast: The restaurant is spacious, but the food spread was below expectations. It wasn't very organized and lacked variety.

Anonymous UserCheck-in at the hotel was incredibly slow. The front desk staff were quite old and didn't speak Chinese. We arrived at noon and couldn't check in, so we just completed the paperwork and left our luggage. When we came back in the evening, we had to queue again to get our room assigned. The room itself was very satisfactory and clean. However, the mini-fridge was drawer-style and completely at room temperature. There was no bottled water; we had to refill from a water dispenser which looked quite dirty. Luckily, the supermarket in the basement of Funan Mall across from the hotel sold cheap water – 1.5 liters for S$0.85, which saved us. Coca-Cola was S$3 for two 500ml bottles, much cheaper than 7-Eleven where the same size was S$3.8. Funan Mall also has plenty of dining options like Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh.

KEITH PeckI am happy with the stay as it is very central to most museums which is my favourite place to be. My biggest let down being disappointed that there is no more access to the pool which i was most looking forward to. Seeing so many reviews and comments that there is access and only finding out later is has been taken was really the setback. Having said that, the breakfast that is included is really decent for the price you pay and its a place i would still go for short staycations.

Shannn_The room was clean and tidy, with a minimalist design and excellent space planning. They also offer free laundry and drying services. The front desk service was great, and there's a small bar on the first floor perfect for a drink or two in the evening; it was quite lively and had a good atmosphere! There's also an outdoor terrace on the second floor for relaxing. Given the location, the overall value for money is absolutely fantastic!

The hotel has a beautiful pool and provides fun floating toys like flamingos and ducks for children to enjoy in the water. I really liked the restaurant’s atmosphere, especially the glass ceiling that allows natural sunlight to shine through. It’s a very kid-friendly hotel, as they provide children’s bath sets and a cute baby cot. Most importantly, the location is excellent as I could easily walk to Takashimaya and Paragon without needing to spend on Grab.

Anonymous UserGood price. Good location, near Lavender MRT. Near beach rd golden mile foodcourt: shiok hokkien mee, roasted meat chicken rice, sugar cane juice, wonton mee. Near bugis junction. 2 queen beds 150cm x2 = 300cm. Fast check-out. Baggage storage available. But a bit noisy in the morning, people talking and walking in corridor outside room.

JJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was.
The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities.
Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences.
Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

For a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!
