The hotel is very clean, and the service and staff are great. However, the biggest problem is parking. Even with a reservation, there is no parking space saved for guests. It is very hard to find a spot. I strongly suggest improving the parking system.

First, it should not be listed as a hotel because there are no other amenities other than the provision of rooms. U have to do self check in using only LINE. The other listed options like WhatsApp, etc do not work. Second, there are no sign boards indicating SHIN hotel leading to the place. On Grab app for transport, u can only find it using Korat Archery Club. Third, it is 20 minutes walk from the 80th Anniversary King's Stadium. I had booked this location because I was there to watch the ASEAN Para Games. There are only 2 provision stores and 2 small eateries within walking distance from this accommodation. The room is decorated in Japanese style. If you only need a place to stay within walking distance from the stadium and the cluster, then perhaps you can consider this choice.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Free coffee for breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall it's good for budget travellers, but there were 2 issues. First of all, no hot water in the shower. It was slightly warm at most. The second thing is that there is a gap between walls and the ceiling of the toilet (like in public toilets). That means your roommate will clearly hear you poop, so maybe consider another hotel if you are in a new relationship. I also prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in big dispensers instead of small (10ml) bottles. It's better to reduce single use plastic.

The room was large, but it had no functionality at all. At first, I didn’t expect much because the price was cheap, but the room turned out to be worse than I expected. There wasn’t even a hair dryer. There was no Wi-Fi information provided in the room. I had to use my phone to call the staff, then add them on LINE, and send my phone number and room number just to register and log in to the Wi-Fi. It was very inconvenient. The room was big, but that’s the only good thing about it — there was basically nothing else. Nothing at all. They provided two bottles of water, which was fine. The location is good, close to the night market. There is a 500 baht cash-only deposit. If you don’t have cash, they will keep your ID card instead. Overall, I was not impressed.

This is a basic 3-star property that meets expectations for its category. The hotel is clean, functional, and suitable for short stays. It was booked for family members during a stressful period, and they were comfortable and satisfied with the stay, which is the most important thing. Facilities are simple but adequate, service was acceptable, and there were no major issues during the stay. This is not a luxury hotel, but it does what it is meant to do at a reasonable standard. A suitable option if you are looking for straightforward accommodation in Korat without high-end expectations.

Me and , my Fiancé arrived at this hotel B2. On the 15th of May 2026 went up to our room he started to unpack. I went to the safe to put my valuables only to find out the safe was not bolted down so went down to reception to speak to the receptionist when explained the problem she just laughed. She thought it was a joke so I said to her I will be putting this on Tripadvisor and she took no notice. I am disappointed as nothing was done about it and I had to carry my valuables with me wherever I went because I did not feel safe. My valuables will still be there when I return from my visits.

There was a slight lack of advance notice that after 8 PM, there would be no staff available... ✨ ️But the room was overall clean and tidy, with beautiful colors and soothing earth tones. ⭐️ The bed was moderately soft and had plenty of pillows. 🚿 The bathroom was newly renovated and clean, with a small supply of soap and shampoo. .... However, my friend couldn't get into the hotel because no one was there to open it for her. We had to drive to get the door opened for her.

I was incredibly impressed from the moment I got out of the car; the staff were so welcoming. And I even won the lottery with my room number! LOL! This place brought me good luck. I wish I could stay for a week. When I come back, this is definitely where I'll be staying – I've fallen in love with it!

The hotel was excellent value for money- Our room was clean and spacious with a very good selection of TV channels. A very good sized bed although maybe the mattress might be a little firm for some guests. Good storage space for clothes and a good sized bathroom- A very good breakfast choice to complete a very enjoyable relaxing stay. I had an amazing experience during my stay in Korat at this charming hidden gem. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were not only modern but also impeccably clean. It's conveniently located within a short walking distance of a 7-eleven, and to top it off, they have an adorable coffee shop that serves delicious food.
