"I had to stay in Pattaya for over half a month for work, and after comparing several hotels in the area, I settled on this one. For a long-term stay, I prioritize consistent cleanliness and reliable service. The daily housekeeping in the rooms is very consistent, linen changes are on time, and all appliances are well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive, and the large parking lot at the entrance solves any daily parking issues. The staff are all long-term employees, and once you get to know them, communication and getting things done are very smooth. It makes daily living hassle-free and is also very suitable for long-term rentals."

This is a beautiful hotel, featuring three elevators, a small gym with new equipment, a ping-pong table, a billiard table, and a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers (40 baht per wash). The pool is lovely and kid-friendly, with a great atmosphere. The staff are very pleasant. There are several supermarkets nearby, the beach is 600m away, and Terminal 21 shopping mall is a 15-20 minute walk. You'll also find plenty of street food stalls close to the hotel."

"I had a very good stay at Prima House Pattaya. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff are friendly and helpful, and overall the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. It’s a great option for travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Pattaya. However, as a digital nomad, I noticed one point that could be improved. There is no dedicated space for working on a laptop or computer. There is a café called Calender, but it closes at 17:00, which makes it difficult for people who work online or need a quiet place in the evening. I believe the hotel could do even better by adding a small co-working area or extending the café hours. This would make Prima House an excellent choice not only for tourists, but also for digital nomads and remote workers. Overall, a very good hotel with great potential."

"Beach front in quieter area of Pattaya. Room is comfortable and not too small. Everything was clean. Wifi was fast. Service was good. Did not have breakfast but it looked good from passing by. Wish they had more parking spots at the hotel. Had to park across the street."

The only problem is that the location is a bit remote. It is only 500 meters away from the beach. However, the beach is a bit smelly and not well maintained."
