"This hotel is excellent! From the moment I stepped in, I was so impressed by the front desk staff. They were lovely, friendly, and provided outstanding service with great recommendations. Plus, I got a clean, spacious room with a soft bed and ice-cold AC. The pool was clean, and the food was delicious. Anyone visiting Pattaya, I highly recommend this hotel. The quality far exceeds the price! And Nesthy from the reception desk provided superb service."
"I had to stay in Pattaya for over half a month for work, and after comparing several hotels in the area, I settled on this one. For a long-term stay, I prioritize consistent cleanliness and reliable service. The daily housekeeping in the rooms is very consistent, linen changes are on time, and all appliances are well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive, and the large parking lot at the entrance solves any daily parking issues. The staff are all long-term employees, and once you get to know them, communication and getting things done are very smooth. It makes daily living hassle-free and is also very suitable for long-term rentals."
"Bonjour!
This is a beautiful hotel, featuring three elevators, a small gym with new equipment, a ping-pong table, a billiard table, and a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers (40 baht per wash).
The pool is lovely and kid-friendly, with a great atmosphere. The staff are very pleasant.
There are several supermarkets nearby, the beach is 600m away, and Terminal 21 shopping mall is a 15-20 minute walk. You'll also find plenty of street food stalls close to the hotel."
"We extended our booking and had no regrets. The hotel met all our expectations – the rooms were clean, the pool was clean and large, and they even installed microwaves on the first floor. We stayed in the bungalows by the pool; the room was spacious, and everything was in working order. I want to give special thanks to the housekeeper Kitikan (I hope I spelled that correctly) – a very pleasant person who does an excellent job!"
"The pool was clean and my kids loved it. We checked in after visiting the Tiger Park, which wasn't too far away, and it was also convenient to get there by Grab (about 20 minutes). The room was clean."
"First time to visit Pattaya in between 5 years, I booking online with easy process for payment. The hotel was good for me as I take only 1 night and prefer to stay as couples for relax with avoid the traffic. The room was nice with enough facilities for me, clean, quite, washroom is fine. Overall good location for someone that likes to relaxing not for travel around."
"I had a very good stay at Prima House Pattaya. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff are friendly and helpful, and overall the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. It’s a great option for travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Pattaya.
However, as a digital nomad, I noticed one point that could be improved. There is no dedicated space for working on a laptop or computer. There is a café called Calender, but it closes at 17:00, which makes it difficult for people who work online or need a quiet place in the evening.
I believe the hotel could do even better by adding a small co-working area or extending the café hours. This would make Prima House an excellent choice not only for tourists, but also for digital nomads and remote workers.
Overall, a very good hotel with great potential."
"Beach front in quieter area of Pattaya.
Room is comfortable and not too small. Everything was clean. Wifi was fast. Service was good.
Did not have breakfast but it looked good from passing by.
Wish they had more parking spots at the hotel. Had to park across the street."
"The room has a balcony and is very comfortable. The price is good. It also comes with breakfast. The swimming pool is a bit small. Everything else is good. The only problem is that the location is a bit remote. It is only 500 meters away from the beach. However, the beach is a bit smelly and not well maintained."
"This is a good place for just one night. I only needed a bed, a shower, and a toilet. It's a very noisy place, next to the road. You can hear the noise of motorcycles in the room, as if I were on the highway. The only good thing about this hotel is its price."

Great
AAnonymous UserThe check-in process took far too long. We waited for more than 30 minutes in total—over 20 minutes just to reach the counter, followed by another 10 minutes to complete the check-in. There were simply too many procedures involved, including having to print documents. I hope the hotel can streamline the process, as it was clear that the staff were doing their best. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the longest check-in experience I’ve ever had. It’s disappointing to encounter this at a five-star hotel, especially having to stand and wait for such a long time.
That said, the swimming pool and water park were excellent, and the room itself was very nice. Overall, the hotel is good. However, the bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly. Since many guests likely return from the water park, the floor felt slightly greasy. In addition, one of the two bathrobes had damp sleeves and was not replaced. It seemed like it might have been left over from the previous guest, as even the sleeves were not arranged properly when it was hung up. That was particularly disappointing.
The breakfast selection was fairly limited, and there were not enough tables. If you come down around 9:00 a.m., you may have to wait for a table. However, the hotel does inform guests about this in advance, so I found it understandable.
Overall, I had a good stay. My favorite benefit was the late check-out option. However, the issues I mentioned above were disappointing, especially considering this is a five-star hotel.
GGuest UserFirst time staying here. The environment is very comfortable, perfect for a vacation. A slight inconvenience is that the place is quite large, so getting around requires the hotel's golf cart to go from the lobby to the room. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel's swimming pool is also very comfortable. The kids had a lot of fun. Breakfast was excellent! 👍🏻 It's very suitable for families with children. Also, this time we were arranged in a Yellow Sapphire room, which has a jacuzzi. Next time I might try a different room that has direct pool access. 😆
GGuest UserBooked a basic room, and got an upgrade since I checked in late. The view was absolutely amazing! Overall, the service was good. The dining options nearby were pretty satisfying for daily needs, and transportation was convenient; you could easily hail a taxi anytime.
GGuest UserI'm a repeat guest at Fifth Pattaya. And I keep coming back for more. I find the Grand Deluxe rooms more than adequate with a fantastic kitchenette, private balconies and many of the rooms have just undergone renovation. The breakfast is most acceptable, the location from the beach is just a 3 to 5 minute stroll, the staff of super friendly and efficient. There's no place I'd be happier to stay at.
GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival.
🛏️ The Room & Comfort
The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner.
The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot.
📺 Appliances & Tech
WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day.
Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter.
Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly.
Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove.
🍳 Dining & Breakfast
Served buffet-style and tasted amazing.
Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods.
But there were no seafood or fish available.
🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location
Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees.
Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel.
🔄 Verdict
We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating
JJL69Fairly large room that is at a goid location. East to go to the beach, shopping mall. A few 7-11, restaurants and cafes near to the hotel. Staff is friendly. WiFi was a bit unstable on the 1st day
TTitix7Overall, it's good! Perfect for those on a budget who still want a beautiful, healing place. The Lanna-style decor is lovely, and the swimming pool is huge and great for fun. The only downside is the location, which is quite far from the city center and food hubs.
AAyoub LaaouejWe had a great stay here , the room itself was great. Very spacious, cozy and modern at the same time. The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice, cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.
นนักล่าท่องโลกI've been here before and even stayed overnight. The price is reasonable, but there's no mini-fridge for water since there's a 'Tao Bin' (vending machine) downstairs. The amenities are decent, not bad at all, and the location is quite good, actually. It's close to home, there's a terminal nearby, and Central isn't far either, plus it's close to the beach, which is no problem for us. My boyfriend slept comfortably, so it's all good. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always smiling – no drama. I'd definitely stay here again next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information.
I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire.
The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra.
Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
