Amazing
CCholticha PLocation is convenient and close to an EV charging station. The staff are helpful and service-minded. However, some areas in the room were dusty and need to be cleaned more thoroughly. However, I would recommend this hotel when visiting khonkaen.

CChris mark7I arrived at the hotel by taxi from Khon Kaen Airport, which took about 20 minutes.
There was some traffic congestion on the main road in front of the hotel, so it's something to consider when you're traveling around.
Many reviews mentioned that the route involving changing elevators was complicated, which made me a bit worried. However, I personally found it not difficult at all and perfectly fine.
For amenities, I conveniently used the restaurant on the 27th floor and the coffee shop on the 1st floor. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was great for picking up essentials.
The room, while feeling a bit older than it appeared in the photos, was overall clean and well-maintained, making it pleasant. The water pressure in the bathroom and shower was strong and satisfying.
What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of all the staff, especially those at the front desk on the 1st floor.
While it might not be fair to compare it to 5-star global chain hotels in Bangkok, considering it's in the Khon Kaen area, I believe it's an excellent hotel overall in terms of facilities and service.

GGuest UserOverall, the service was good, but the coordination along staff was unclear. I had already communicated my request to different receptionist and repeatedly confirmed that this service could definitely be provided(delivery). However, on the morning when I actually needed the assistance, I was suddenly informed that it could not help and she was inconvenient. This was extremely last minute , caused me to waste time, and almost made me miss my flight.

The staff are wonderful, but the location is quite poor.
A very long walk to 7/11.
The 1 bed suite was also d8sappointing, no crockery or cutlery, just 2 tiny c9ffee cups and 2 small glasses.
The fridge was ok.
They have a micr9wave but not much use without crockery.
Tv was poor for Westerners, mainly Thai channels.
The sofa was not comfortable and there was no coffee table.
The bathroom was ok, provided body wash and shampoo.
The bed was comfortable.
The ac worked ok. The view from the room was not very pleasant.
Breakfast was pretty basic, but was ok.
There is a very large laundry next door, about 20 machines which was very handy.
I would have expected a LOT more for the price so was very disappointing.
The staff were wonderful.
I think the place is too isolated for the price charged.
I doubt I would stay here again.

My stay at Le Cassia Hotel was truly impressive. The room was clean, spacious, and well-organized. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, perfect for both relaxation and work.
The facilities were comprehensive, and the staff provided excellent service. They were always smiling and very helpful from check-in to check-out, making me feel warm and well-cared for throughout my stay.
Overall, it's another hotel that offers great value for money. It's clean, comfortable, and definitely a place I'd love to return to. ❤️

NNitahoridaThe room was small with old furniture, and overall, it wasn't clean. The AC wasn't cooling (no wonder there was a fan provided). The room and bathroom smelled musty. There was construction outside, with wastewater flowing everywhere, and the smell permeated the room, making it hard to breathe. Workers were constantly bustling around, and traffic was heavy, making parking difficult. In summary, it was nowhere near what was advertised; I was very unimpressed and it wasn't worth the 500+ baht. The room condition felt like something you'd get for 200-300 baht. Very disappointed, once was more than enough. 😔

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.
