The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed. It offers great value for money considering the quality of service. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again."

"Great location and room variety—just mind the hallway noise! We had a pleasant stay and booked three different room types for our group: a Family room (1 Queen + 1 Single), a Twin room, and a Double. The room sizes were quite acceptable—neither too small nor overly spacious, making them a comfortable ”middle ground.” The location is another major highlight. It’s very convenient for exploring on foot, with plenty of local eateries nearby. It is also not a far trip to the Central Shopping Mall, which was a big plus for us. The only real drawback was the soundproofing. The walls/doors seem a bit thin, as we could clearly hear people chatting or walking by in the hallway. Fortunately, the foot traffic was light during our stay, so it wasn't a constant issue, but it’s something to consider if you are a light sleeper!"

"Initially, I was impressed by the staff's work; they were polite and very friendly. However, because the hotel seems to be quite old, we weren't particularly fond of the bathroom. It might be due to its traditional style, but the cleanliness was surprisingly good considering its age. The food was delicious and suited Thai tastes. I'm from Khon Kaen myself, but there aren't many places to stay back home, so this hotel was a good option. I was impressed and would recommend it."

"The bed was huge, and the air conditioning worked great! The room itself was spacious. There's a semi-indoor pool, but the water was cold this time of year, so I didn't go for a swim. The sunset from the 4th-floor terrace was magnificent! And the fish tank in the lobby was really pretty!"

"Also this hotel decorated classic style but everything good , good location close to minimart, Market, Night Market, Convenient from Airport and bus station, Sleeping well quality, pillows, bed , amenities all well , Breakfast both Thai style, boiled rice, and American breakfast, with special Vietnamese bread and egg pan , delicious and hygienic foods,, if you looking for a hotel in Khon Kaen city center, this hotel is a good choice to select."

"Regarding this suite—which I believe is my third time staying in, only because the other rooms were fully booked—I wasn't very impressed. The cleanliness of the carpet was lacking, and the room felt quite dull. There is a kitchen counter with a microwave and a kettle, but there are no power outlets nearby, which makes me wonder what the point of having them even is. Additionally, the air conditioning in the living area never seems to get cold. This will be my last time staying in this particular room; it is simply not worth the price. On the positive side, as with every visit here, I was impressed by the convenient location. The staff are friendly and familiar, the check-in process was very fast and easy, and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had good facilities but no extra facilities like a pool or gym. Rooms are spacious. No breakfast on site, but Khon Kaen hotel is next door and their buffet was very good with proper coffee and everything. The location is very central. Only 3 kms from the Natural History museum! Overall I was very satisfied. I want to stay there again!"

The facilities were comprehensive, and the staff provided excellent service. They were always smiling and very helpful from check-in to check-out, making me feel warm and well-cared for throughout my stay. Overall, it's another hotel that offers great value for money.
