GGuest UserThe service from the very first step to the last second of my stay at the hotel was the best I have ever experienced in Khon Kaen. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and the care provided was very impressive. It's in the TOP 10 in Khon Kaen.

NNou SrithirathWe enjoyed our short stay and found the hotel to be in a great location with very nice facilities overall.
There were only a few minor areas where we felt improvements could be made. At the Chinese restaurant, while the waitress was friendly and polite, the service could have been more attentive—for example, by checking on the table more regularly and clearing empty plates. The restaurant was not busy at the time of our reservation, with only three tables occupied, so this seemed manageable.
The reception staff were also pleasant; however, there was some confusion regarding our late check‑out. Our booking through Trip.com included late check‑out until 2:00 pm yet were told at the beginning that we could have late checked out (we stayed at 1117 and 1122 between April 18-19). So i had to show our booking confirmation , however we were told that since they have the next reservations, the hotel told us that only one of our two rooms could have this benefit. Given that the hotel was not busy that day—and we were informed by staff that occupancy had been low since Songkran—we were a bit surprised. In the end, one room was approved for late check‑out until 2:00 pm and the other until 1:00 pm. While the difference was minimal, we felt that, under the circumstances, both rooms could have been accommodated as per the booking entitlement.
What our children enjoyed most was the wonderful staff member on duty at the club lounge. She was consistently warm, smiling, and welcoming throughout our stay, and very kind even when our three children were a bit noisy. I want to acknowledge her for her great hospitality, and want to express our big thank you to her for taking such great care of our family—it truly made our stay more enjoyable in such a short period of time. We will sure come back and hopefully our feedback could be taking into consideration. Thanks :)

GGuest UserIt was a very clean place with a very large kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and a good size—I loved it. The quilt/cover and pillows were clean, and the towels were very clean as well.
The room has a balcony and is a very good size, with plenty of storage. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and well designed. It would be perfect for a family with kids. The air conditioning is in a perfect position, with no cold air blowing directly onto your face while sleeping. There is also a good breakfast area.
The staff team are very friendly.
I would give this place 10 out of 10. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center in Khon Kaen from Friday through Sunday, booking a Deluxe Double Room with breakfast via Trip.com. Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay.
Highlights and Impressions
From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed.
Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay.
Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge.
The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50).
The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete.

We had a pleasant stay and booked three different room types for our group: a Family room (1 Queen + 1 Single), a Twin room, and a Double. The room sizes were quite acceptable—neither too small nor overly spacious, making them a comfortable ”middle ground.”
The location is another major highlight. It’s very convenient for exploring on foot, with plenty of local eateries nearby. It is also not a far trip to the Central Shopping Mall, which was a big plus for us.
The only real drawback was the soundproofing. The walls/doors seem a bit thin, as we could clearly hear people chatting or walking by in the hallway. Fortunately, the foot traffic was light during our stay, so it wasn't a constant issue, but it’s something to consider if you are a light sleeper!

นนาปThe room is a bit old, but it has a big TV with Netflix. The air conditioning is old but cools well. The location is good, right next to Central Plaza and close to restaurants. It's also near Khon Kaen University. The entrance is a bit narrow, but the breakfast is delicious. Overall, it's good and I recommend it.

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

เเที่ยวให้รู้The hotel is near Bueng Kaen Nakhon. Near convenience store The bedroom is reasonably good, the air conditioner is cool, but the room smells like onions from time to time. The bathroom is cramped and looks a little clean. The shower cap is small and easily torn. The old check cloth is beginning to tear and turn yellow. The quality is a little low. There is also a 500 baht deposit here. Pictures of the room may have been taken long ago. When I actually arrived, it looked much older than that. Breakfast is only available as a set, such as eggs, ham, pan-fried eggs, and rice with cabbage, but the chef opens at 7:30 a.m., so if the chef comes late on some days, he gets to eat eggs, sausage, and ham, just one menu. Summary of the overall picture, if it's easy to live, easy to eat, don't think. No matter how much, it's enough to live with. I just feel like The price paid is higher than the service received.
