”Exceptional Service & Perfect Location!” I had a wonderful stay here. The entire staff was incredibly lovely and attentive. A big shout-out to the housekeeping team—they were so friendly and kept the room spotless every single day. I was especially impressed by the Hotel Manager, who went above and beyond to assist with my specific requests. It made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. P.S. The location is a winner! It’s within walking distance of great pubs, bars, and plenty of food options. I loved everything about this place and will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a convenient location not far from the city center. The room was clean and well maintained, although a little bit old. However, at night I was disturbed by noise from rats running on the rooftop. I recommend that the staff do something about it.

Nade 10e hotel is located in the center of Konkean city. There's 7-eleven in front of the alley. Hotel also has swimming pool that you can enjoy during the stay. The room is cleaned everyday as requested. The front man is helpful, they help us with luggage. The parking slot is enough. I will visit again if I come to this city.

Very reasonably priced old hotel in walking distance from luxury mall. Breakfast was average with good service. Pool is strange. The water appears to be green due to green tile but the water otherwise clean. Frequent power loss in the evening. Not enough electrical outlets in the room. It was hard to charge phones and operate computers at the same time.h Nevertheless, the good location and good price made up for the minor troubles.

The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete. The hotel was alright. Located in a relatively quiet area. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room 331 was big enough. The A/C was a bit loud as compared to a normal house split A/C system. The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day even though I didn't request it. Unfortunately there wasn't any room safe so I had to carry my valuables around all the time.I didn't pay for breakfast so I can't qualify it. The reception was efficient and quick. The hallway is tilled so quite loud especially when other hotel guests are shouting across to other people, because they don't really care or are ignorant of the fact that the hallway echoes quite well. The shower had enough water pressure and the hotel provided shower gel and shampoo.

It was a very clean place with a very large kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and a good size—I loved it. The quilt/cover and pillows were clean, and the towels were very clean as well. The room has a balcony and is a very good size, with plenty of storage. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and well designed. It would be perfect for a family with kids. The air conditioning is in a perfect position, with no cold air blowing directly onto your face while sleeping. There is also a good breakfast area. The staff team are very friendly. I would give this place 10 out of 10. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Close to Khon Kaen international airport and inner city. Room is clean and value for the price you paid. Cozy bed which was very surprising. The only cons are the toilet position is very hard to access and limited parking. Other than that, it is a great accom for quick business trip of you dont want something overly fancy.
